I gave one start because there is no less than one. I made an order online on 09/04/2023 because those products I could not find in my local store. This order was delivered in California and I live in Miami. I did double check my order, including the address before to submit. I contacted Customer services when I noticed it was delivered to a wrong address, and they refused to refund my money or to resend the product again to my correct address even though the order was less than $ 50. They don't care about customer satisfaction; they only care about to get Money.

I very stupidly allowed walmart.com to save my credit card on their site. Someone from another state hacked my account and ordered an item. Now I do know this happens, but when I called their fraud department and told them to stop the delivery, they said they could not do it. A week later, the item was delivered. Why couldn't they stop the delivery? Now I have a big hassle with my credit card company. Do not use their website. Go in person. I will never order anything from them again online. They do not take fraud seriously. So long as they get paid, they do not care.

I am just disgusted with this store. I ordered some items online and even joined the members + for the free shipping. The day before the products were scheduled for delivery I get an email saying my order was canceled because my account showed returns violations. This was a brand new account. Contacted customer service to clear it up and they said they had fixed the issue in their computer system and to wait 24 hours and reorder. I did that and the same thing happened again. Contacted customer service and they apologized saying that everything was cleared up. Ordered AGAIN and had the same results. In addition to this it took them almost 2 weeks to refund the money back to my card.

I ordered a portable washer and wanted to cancel within 12 hours. The seller has ordered a label Fed Ex has NOT picked up and they won't let me cancel. The seller HI Fashion is unresponsive and Walmart says they have nothing to do with the seller even though they are on Walmarts website. Its a mess I just want to cancel and get a refund and after being on with Customer Service who give no service I have to wait for the package deny delivery and wait for a refund. I would bet I will never see the refund. I STRONGLY SUGGEST NEVER BUYING FROM WALMART I KNOW I WON'T EVEN IF I HAVE TO PAY MORE

Pickup a joke

Not a fan I want to order on the spot and be able to pick up on my way home. Most days I can't but when I drive past my local Walmart pickup section it is always empty and they have 30 stalls. I have gone to Target instead sometimes the cheaper price is not worth the hassle. The reason for my change was I was waiting 45 minutes for a order I placed for pick up and while waiting I realized I missed something and I placed a order at target and got a notification within 15 min my order was ready. Meanwhile I was still waiting for my Walmart order that was placed at 11 am for a pick up at 4pm. My Target order was placed and ready while I was waiting in the Walmart parking lot. You guys need to do better. I have always loved Walmart but they are declining.

An unauthorized individual hacked into my Walmart account and made a purchase for a Kolcraft Cloud Umbrella Stroller in Black. The person utilized an unfamiliar gift card, which now has a zero balance, to cover the cost of the transaction. I contacted Walmart to halt the order prior to its shipment; however, it seems that Walmart was unsuccessful in doing so, despite assuring me of the order's cancellation. Currently, Walmart is proposing a reimbursement for the incident, but I have opted not to accept it. I'm worried that proceeding with the delivery of the order could unintentionally encourage the individual behind the hacker. The delivery address associated with this unauthorized purchase is ******* 89th Ave, Apt 5A, Jamaica, NY *******.

Hit or miss

I will not go inside walmart unless its a must. When you ask for assistance no one is able to help or they dont know and keep walking. I will only shop online for some groceries. Online pick up is the only great option for walmart. They have went down hill over the last 5 years.

For foodstuffs and household consumables, will send several kinds of necessities that Amazon refuses to ship to my house. Be prepared to spend a lot of time to find 2-and-3-day free shipping items, "delivery" costs a lot more. Sent bad expensive coffee machine to me, got refunded including return shipping of nonworking unit so am pleased overall with the shipped items. Physical stores are so bad I have never been inside one and would dislike having to show receipts for everything.

BEWARE! PRACTICES DISCRIMINATORY/PREFERENTIAL ORDER FULLFILLMENT AND REFUSES TO CORRECT ACTIONS TAKEN AGAINST CUSTOMERS!

Don't bother thinking the time your order is due, that you placed it first, or that they took your money matters! This store fills orders in whatever order they like and refuse to communicate in any way outside of automated emails that say nothing substantial and offer no real solutions!

Management hides from customers and nobody picks up at any extension!

Save yourself headache and shop at another site or elsewhere entirely!

May be coordinating a class action due to their behaviors.

Rotten food

I've been buying Walmart salads for years. Today was my last straw went through their entire selection. Everything looked rotted, except for two opened them up in the meat was rotted, and the lettuce was rotted and the other took them back to Walmart and they didn't give two $#*!s they said not our problem we don't have anything to do with portions OR freshness! I was able to get my money back at lest. It's sad that the stores that are supposed to be taking care of the food we buy don't even take care of it anymore and they don't care that they don't!

My Walmart.com was hacked and an order placed. Within 8 hrs I caught it and called to cancel the order. It is now 4 days later, 9 phone calls and multiple on line chats and the order is still not cancelled. They told me to deal with the credit card company. They just dumped the problem back on me to resolve. Every cust serv person gave me a different story but ASSURED me it was being cancelled. What a joke they are, I will never deal with them again.

I order $140 dollars worth of groceries on Friday the 4th at 11:00 they said they would be delivered at 2 to 3oclock and never got delivered. Called several times they hanged up on me I called to tell them I wanted to cancelled my order they told me they deliver it it was $3.98cents. I will never in my life or refer anyone to Walmart delivery they are bad for business. They needed to hut the delivery down because there not reliable.

I went osceola iowa walmart got alot stuff for small store no self check outs but that was great for me. Creston iowa store 30 minutes away is not as good as osceola. Great customer service in osceola

Looks like Walmart is cheeping out on bags, had 3 bags brake out in store when checking out in self-check-out. Then 2 more broke when i got home. Some of the bags had only one item in them.
Also I purchased a can of nuts only to find when i got home they had been opened and put back on shelf.
Spent $120 bucks now have to drive back across town to try to return the nuts. I think going to Food lion and amazon from now on. Had no savings on their low-price.

The stench is unbearable

We go grocery shopping there every Sunday. Some employees body odor's are just terrible. It can't be sanitary to have people that smell like feces or armpit sweat to handle food and groceries. I understand that some cultures don't believe in deodorant but I also think that this is beyond disgusting. They should implement an hygiene policy for employees. We are about to just stop going there. I had come home to just go throw up because the stench is just so bad and strong. I don't know how people live like that but this is FOOD! Do something please!
