Beware! If I could put zero stars I would! Walmart somehow put a funds hold on my bank account without an order being placed! I filled my cart and went to check out and it said that I didn't have enough funds in my bank acct…so I go look at transactions and it's Walmart holding funds and my order hadn't even been placed! When I reached out to get help…They apologized and told me the hold would be removed in 5-7 business days…I was furious…I need my money now …they had no right to hold anything I hadn't even placed an order! I told them I needed the money now and if they couldn't remove the hold they needed to comp me the money for my order. They then went on to try to blame my financial institution…saying it might have been a glitch ….I said NO! Banks don't just randomly put holds on ppls accts and label them Walmart.com.A different agent asked me if there had been anything in my cart for longer than today….I said yes…I put some things in cart a few days ago and some today but that has nothing to do with anything….She then said that sometimes if u have items in your cart for a few days Walmart automatically does a funds hold….OMG What? No! That is not ok! This is fraud and now I don't feel safe shopping online w them! I left a review on their website but went to look for it and it's not there…which is why I came here! I didn't realize there were so many issues because I just see the reviews on their website…but today I see there are mostly bad reviews! I know what happened today is very stressful and a huge inconvenience…Looking at some of the other complaints I see this is a regular thing with them…If this has happened to anyone else please

I got ripped off. Paid for 8 12 packs zero sugar Dr Pepper. Never received and Walmart refuses to refund or replace. It is a policy because of the third party partner they have. I have filed with the BBB. Don't order from them. They steal your hard earned money!
I do not want to shop at Walmart again. I was headed out of the store and I was the only one exiting at the time. An employee stops me from leaving and tells me I have to go around through self checkout. I was really close to the door. That area was crowded with people and the only way I could go through there was to get too close to the ones not wearing masks. It really ticked me off. 62 years old and diabetic. I will not go back any time soon and I hope others follow my lead. Who the hell is making the decisions? There should be more than 1 exit and entrance. I also did not appreciate parking in the only handicap available and then being told I have to go to the other end of the store to get in. SERIOUSLY!
The production information panel indicated the 2 set Onn walk-in-talkies would come with rechargeable batteries(3 AA NiMh) per unit.

I will never shop or order on line with Walmart again. Ordered an item then deativated my account and the item was the wrong color. So due to me deactivating my account they will not take it back. I here they want to close there stores and become and internet seller this is no way to do your business, So have fun selling your junk from China in your stores and on the internet you just lost a customer.
Walmart does NOT actually sell this item (or anything else online, for that matter). I ordered it, they charged my card for $267, and five minutes later they canceled the order. They said that the item is available, but it's standard procedure for them to cancel all first orders due to "unusual activity", and that anyone must order anything TWICE. I am not going to hand them over my money a second time. That sounds very sketchy and illogical to me. They also said that they will take 10 business days (which means 15 calendar days) to refund me. This is obviously fraud. Walmart are con artists.

I was sold damaged product from a store 9 hours away while on vacation and when I went to return it at my home location when I realized, I was denied. I was then lied to about who was manager twice until finally told it was Ray Smith and immediately hung up on with no resolution. Not only was the original product sold faulty, but the stores ownership and custermee service leaves much to be desired. NEVER SHOP HERE! Take million excuses not to help when there is a problem.

You walk into the store with an attitude of hopefully getting the lowest possible prices (a misconception in so many cases)... as you stroll through the aisles with confusion while gazing at the disorganized shelves, it becomes necessary to interrupt an "employee" whose family just smuggled in lunch as they all sit in the aisle with their fast food restaurant bags smelling up the atmosphere. Of course, your approach is construed as a threat, as the employee isn't there to work but instead congregate. She blows you off with a dirty look and "I don't know" and continues eating next to the gift wrap, where the group has made its "food table." Upon checking out, you are faced with a disgruntled cashier who is gazing at the latest text messages on her iPhone while you unload your cart onto the conveyor belt. You question a price of an item that contradicts the label on the shelf from which you picked it up (surprise, surprise) and you quickly realize that you have embarked on enemy territory. You are inclined to chalk it up to your picking the wrong cashier this time but she was the only one available as the 10 automatic checkout robots were "hosting" the majority of the other customers as they make efforts to save some money by sneaking a few items past the UPC detectors (quite successfully). You finally make it through the process, begin leaving, and say "thank you." Instead of a response, the cashier's head is tilted down as her eyes are fixed upon more important business on her iPhone while the next customer loads up. Texting her friends is evidently part of her job description. Although we will hardly be missed, we promise not to return for more punishment.
Has anyone every felt that the oil change guys at Walmart Lawton OK Cache Highway store find something to vandalize and eventually breaks after an oil change? Is it more than a coincidence something goes wrong with my vehicle a week to a month out after a serviced oil change? And it's not the first time with my first vehicle.
I placed a order on 10/1 for a bag of potatoes and a bag of sugar at 10:30am. I purposely did not use the first available time for pickup. I was suppose to have my order from 5-6pm however at 7:40 my order was still delayed. So since I had to leave I rescheduled it for 10/2 between 10-11 am and here we are it's still not ready at 11. I have tried to call the Mustang, OK store multiple times and no one in pickup dept will answer nor will a manager answer the operator says that is just a typical situation with them. I have tried to contact corporate and I keep getting sent to Guatemala. Why has Walmart not been shut down yet. I took all my business elsewhere and stopped sitting foot in their stores about 15 years ago and only recently started using them again since the pandemic. The last 3 orders I picked up (I only use pickup cause their in store lack of staffing is still horrible) has had a already spoiled gallon of milk, and order of strawberries that already had fur growing on them then this order and no one will answer or respond back. I will just go back to using Crest & not bother with Walmart again I knew better.
Delivered my groceries to the wrong address took a picture of somebody else house and telling me because they have a picture which doesn't match any other previous deliveries except it has a brick wall makes them state that they delivered it to the wrong house so I don't get a refund.
DON'T pay for WALMART + one thing after another. I don't want anything for free and never complain or give bad reviews, but this hopefully will save someone the frustration I've experienced!
It's absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to get ANYONE TO HELP YOU when you call customer service*******278. So frustrating they rush you off the phone, I was told to hang up and call again because her time was up on how long she could spend on the phone helping me. I have never experienced anything like what I've experienced with this. Something needs to be done about who they are using for CS OVERSEAS. Like talking to a robot only it a human not listening just reading a script. In a hurry!
Too many times my In Home order has delivery issues. I am now waiting for a delivery that was supposed to be here Friday by 1PM. It is now Saturday 1:40PM. Over 24 hours waiting for my groceries. I have called 3 times. I am being told different things. Friday the first employee told me the delivery person called off for the day. Second person told me there were delays due to technical issues, lol. Saturday morning I am told my order will be delivered AFTER they do the Saturday deliveries. How about deliver the Friday orders first! I can't believe this is how they take care of their customers. I have had delivery delays in the past. I have had to cancel orders due to lack of a delivery person. I am paying EXTRA $$$ for this service. What a joke. Get it together Walmart.

They try people of Kohls or any other place. Why is there no people of their companies. Why are all these active shooters always picking walmart to go on their shooting sprees? NUFF SAID! The customer service is very bad. I bought a Breville Barista Pro espresso machine for 468$ which is too cheap because the machine's price is 850$. The third-party seller was a scammer. He puts low prices to attract buyers. He sent me a tracking number to the same city as my address but to a different address and sent a small box that fit a mailbox. The machine is about 30 pounds. I called the USPS and they told me that the tracking number was not to my address. So Walmart charged me 468$ and later they removed that seller from their site due to quality issues(that means he is a scammer). I contacted Walmart Customer Service first they told me they would refund me after 48 hours, After 48 hours they told me they would refund me after a few days, and after a few days, they asked why you are contacting us, you already received your order no refund to you. They did not ask USPS if they delivered that tracking number to my address or to a different address and what was the weight of that order. They are not professional to band the scammers to sell on their site. They did not take responsibility for sending me the machine from their store or refund me my money. It seems that not only the seller is a scammer but Walmart is a scammer as well.
I purchased a Walmart+ membership in November 2022. Walmart+ gives me free shipping, along with other advantages. I tried ordering from Walmart on September 1st, but could no longer get free shipping. I called to find out why, and was told that Walmart+ no longer ships to my location as of September 1st, because of a new policy.
I am more than 11 miles from the nearest Walmart store and driving at my age is no longer viable.
Apparently, my location is inconvenient for them. So, free shipping and shipping of any kind is no longer supported. Even if I was willing to pay for shipping, I could not place an order.
I was offered a gift card to cover the 2 months' cost before my membership ended. But that is unreasonable because they don't ship to my location any more. I asked for a refund for the 2 months that I will be unable to use Walmart+. I was denied.
And there was also no notification of this change.
Walmart at Bellevue WA wanted almost $400 for my son med while the insurance pay them. Pharmacist promised the doctor to provide the med to my son but walmart decided to give me an alternative med if I dont pay immediately $400
My son need the med for school and walmart abused the urgency of med
