My beautiful watch was restored and now works like a dream. I greatly appreciate the prompt service.
The speed to fix and replace several batteries in watches was great. Will use them again.
My review is l8 but better l8 than never. My watch is working gr8 & it came back 2 me in the same condition I sent it. Very satisfied. Will use service again.
Sent in my father's 1960 era Baylor watch for service. Quote for a complete service and crystal replacement was $493.00. I have only worn the watch for approximately 60 hours and it stopped working. Local watch repair shop opened it up.
Screw holding down the manual wind gear came off and gear plus screw free floating in the case. In addition, the watch is missing the two case screws which hold the movement down to the case and the crown stem is rusted.
I complained and the company replied "watch is out of warranty, not our problem"
Do not send your watch to these crooks. Go local, find someone honest who you can trust.
I had my dad's old Baylor watch. It didn't run and didn't have a crystal. Watch Repairs fixed the broken parts and installed a new crystal. I am satisfied with the work, the only thing that bothers me is that the watch face was not polished when they reinstalled the crystal. Marks on the face could have been polished out, I paid them to polish the watch, but they didn't take care of the face. Other that that everything else is fine, repair took about two months.
They charged me $30.00 for a $2.00 battery, charged $20.00 for a $1.00 oring which was the wrong size so the watch got moisture in it. The watch quit running after 9 months and they won't honor their 12 month warranty. My watch is ruined beyond repair because of them
I have a Mondia Swiss Master watch that needs a new band. I had sent pictures of the type of band I need (The band is screwed into the watch and doesn't use pins as a normal watch uses). I was told I would need to send it in. After a few weeks I got the response that the a band wasn't available and I'd need to now pay shipping to get the watch back which I did. Before they could ship it, I contacted Mondia internationally who was great. Within a a couple of days I had a replacement band on the way for $81.00 shipped. I'm not an expert but I sure did do a better job myself.
We checked and were unable to source the band. When given the model we were told it was not available. It is a specialty band and we couldn't provide a substitute. I am happy you were able to source the band and hope you enjoy the watch for years to come.
I have had Omega watches serviced by others and they were time consuming and expensive. WatchRepairs USA made the entire transaction seamless Shipment was simple, the time required was reasonable and the cost was very reasonable. I am very pleased and am ready to send a second Omega for service

You said you repaired my older model moved and put in a longer lasting battery but the battery you said you replaced could not be new. My watch after receiving if rom you shows it has slowed down to about an hour and 20 mi9n behind the actual time. I have rested it twice. This is unacceptable. What can you do to fix this? I would really like to wear this beautiful timepiece. It is the gold Moved older than 2000.
It was a straight forward, clear process that was completed promptly at a price to which I had agreed.
Thank you for the kind comments. We look forward to working with you again in the future. Enjoy your Wenger Watch Repair.
First let me say that I'm very satisfied with service I got from Watch Repairs USA. The price was fair and the work was completed in a timely manner. I bought the watch new in 1981 and it has been on my wrist for close to 43 years. During that 42 years I have had it overhauled at least 4 times. I am a general contractor and I'm very rough on my watch and I don't take it off no matter what I'm doing so it gets beat up pretty bad including, welding, concrete work heavy equipment. When I got my watch back from Watch Repairs it looked great! I will use them again! Thanks!
Thank you Rusty. You have a beautiful Rolex! We loved servicing it, and hope you enjoy it for another 42 years!
Very pleased. I was kept informed throughout the process and the repairs were excellent. Will use this service again and recommend them highly
Such a beautiful and unique Baume and Mercier Automatic timepiece. Thank you for using Watch Repairs USA. We look forward to working with you in the future.
It took longer than it should and cost more than it should to replace the battery in my watch.
It couldn't be easier, a great experience!
My Corum watch came back as good as new!

I've had a number of watches repaired by Watch Repairs USA. I'm generally satisfied with the repairs, although one or two of the watches have stopped working. The latest repair seems to be running normally.

You have a lovely Philip Stein timepiece. We are happy to have had the chance to service it. Look forward to working with you in the future.
Takes a while, but eventually a good job is done, off you need a complete overhaul.
Thank you for your nice review Frank. We hope you enjoy your repaired Seiko Automatic for years to come!
The watch was returned with a non-working/dead battery.
To be honest to you the repair man did a very good job but only one thing that is why I gave 3 stars because it takes too long to get my watch back. Furthermore, it looks like you don't trust your customer for the payment. You have to wait until the check was clear before fixing the watch. That is why it take so long to get my watch back.
While the repair was not inexpensive. They were able to repair the watch when my jewelers watch repair company couldn't. The watch was repaired within estimated budget and in the time frame they estimated as well.
Thank you for the opportunity to repair your Concord timepiece. We hope you enjoy it for years to come.
Answer: They are a real company, just a horrible and unethical one
Answer: Watch Repairs USA is responsible to actually repair the watch and send it back. As of today Watch Repair USA has my money AND my Watch. It was sent on February 27,2020. Today is August 3rd 2020. I filled everything out correctly and got the first e-mail saying my watch and order was received. The 'STATUS'has remained unchanged for 4+ months as çheck back or we will send you an e-mail for the update. SO far NOTHING and no reply from the company to my e-mail inquiries. SO can't blame the customer for this. Sounds like THEFT to me!
I am sorry, but this was not a warranty. The caseback was broken and the contact that connect the battery was bent meaning someone else had been in the watch which voids our warranty. When we told you this you just asked us to return the watch which we did.
