Immediately I was emailed back and told that I could now order the color I wanted. Such great customer service. The bag came so fast. It's perfect for me! This bag is really well made and the materials all seem to be of high quality. Very impressive given the low price. I really like the zipper lock feature on the main zipper. It feels very comfortable to wear. I agree with other comments that the magnet on the outside pouch could be stronger and/or bigger, as it often pops open if you have anything in the front pouch that is more than slim. It's a great bag to hold essentials such as your wallet, phone, keys ect.
The backpack is great, website was easy to navigate and arrived much faster than I expected
... product was pretty good. I bought 2 slings/fanny packs, I like one more than the other. I now have 4 fanny packs and the ones I bought from waterfly are my 2nd and 3rd most favorite. The MTW Sling from Moment is #1.

I was told it had shipped and they gave me a tracking # but the tracking service had (and still has) no information for this number as of 3/13. I wanted to cancel the order but they said it had been shipped, and they have taken money out of my account but no information as to its where abouts.
No response was given when reached out by email. Lack of communication.
