I ordered an item on waterfly, and the purchase confirmation via paypal went to a gmail address that included "candygirl" in the name. When I click on the link from my confirmation email to "view my order" it simply says I'll receive an email when the order is ready, and that fulfillment will happen 12-22 days after that. Feels like a scam. I'll update this review if I actually receive the item.
I placed an order on January 22,2022. I received an immediate email reply confirming my order. Now, one week later, I received an email in what appears to be Chinese. I don't know what it says as I don't speak/read Chinese. I have received nothing in English related to my order. Has it been filled and sent? Is it delayed? I have no idea. I only know that I am not happy with Waterfly's response - or lack of it.
I ordered my items over a week ago and haven't seen any follow up communication about the order after the initial purchase... whether it has shipped?, when it can be expected, etc. There doesn't seem to be any way to track the order through the website and then I received an email survey asking about my experience before I had seen a shipping notification. The paypal payment also seems to be going to an email that isn't related to Waterfly... "candygirl" was a part of the email address... It makes me concerned that I didn't order through the right company!
Great product. Sleek and attractive. Lots of zippered sections. Perfect size. Love the khaki color. Quality product. Also have the black and grey one.
Product never arrived. Been invited to leave a review but the product hasn't even shipped!
I can look up my order and have been trying to find tracking information. As yet my item has not shipped, so I cannot really determine whether my experience with this seller is positive or not.

I have not heard from anyone about my purchase and have not received it as of yet I would like to know where my purchase is and when I will receive it.
No information has been provided after placing the order. I have only received one email and it was in Chinese. I have tried the two chat features provided multiple times and no one responds. Even though it says they "reply immediately". I don't know if my order will ever ship. Terrible service.
Waterfly provided timely updates, and the turnaround from purchase to arrival was surprisingly quick. Seems to be a high quality product, particularly for the cost. The front pocket is too small for my iPhone (10X) but it fits easily into the back pocket. I would have preferred the reverse. Otherwise, the pros out weigh the one con, and I would recommend this fanny pack for short walks where all you need are your keys, small wallet, phone, and water bottle.
