I order this bed October 27 and it was delivered on Nov 3 and as of the 7th the bed still did not rise to height and I had a neighbor TAKE A PICTURE AS i AM LEGALLY BLIND I was sent a return at my cost letter. Oh really not doing that. It's total garbage and all I want is my money back. Contacted Wayfair as to return and my money to this date I am still waiting. If they want the bed back they can pick it up its in the garage as it not useful. I am sleeping on my box spring at the moment as I need the refund to get another mattress. I am a senior on limited income, paying off something that was substandard. The middle of the bed is very hard and in a lump, the top and bottom are not fully expanded.Received in damaged box. My coffee table came with a dent after I called for the right one. The second one came with more dents and was worse than the first one. I called and sent picture again.they sent the third one again with a dent and smashed. After the third one when I called the customer service rep David said 90 days is over, and wayfair can't do anything. I asked to talk to manager and he said you don't trust me and hanged up on me. Called again different rep was nice, but still couldn't help because of policy. Eventually I have a coffee table with a dent. Last purchase from wayfair for us and our friends and family. I am sure they don't care anyway. I couldn't choose 0 star. 1 star is too much for wayfair.
I cannot believe how bad the customer service can be! Ordered a table twice and it got cancelled. Been trying to call them to fix it for couple of days and when I did they were so rude and told me to shop somewhere else! The 380$ is on pending and they are not responsive! I purchased a couch set in 2021 with 5 year warranty. Full of snags and was denied coverage or an opportunity to make it right with Wayfair after my claim was denied. One should not have to replace a couch every two years. Poor craftsmanship, poor customer service. Never again.

I purchased a bed and when it arrived the bed have dried up water marks and the material was flimsy and weak. I asked for an exchanged and they told me that they don do exchange and to return the bed it will cost me $200 dollars. I said isn't it better for you to bring me the one i want and take back the one i have. They said no, I would have to order the one one i want. The wickedness of those people. Taking customers hard working money. You running a business and you're tell me you can't exchange the item and i have to pay $200 to return it. How wicked can you be. Please be careful of you purchasing on Wayfair because they don't do exchange and the coast to return their item is ridiculous. High way robbery!

Purchased 2 mirrors that were going in a bathroom to be installed on the same ceramic wall. Mounting Brackets were off by 1 1/4". One mirror was 13 1/4" and the other was 12". It would not have been an issue mounting them but the contractor assumed they were both the same. Now they've discontinued the mirrors and there is no way of fixing this. Wayfair just said sorry for tre inconvenience. No sort of compensation or replacement was offered. This is a manufacturing defect and all they said is that it friends on the manufacturer. How is the consumer supposed to know that!
After not ordering from Wayfair I thought I would give the company another opportunity. I placed an order for a bed and it is pending shipping "preparing for shipping" for a month. There is no option to cancel this order either. I will never again be purchasing from Wayfair for any items. It is unacceptable for me to have to wait for a month. Be aware how long it takes to receive your orders. Thank you but no thank you. Sadly customer service was of no help either, Wayfair used to be a good company but sadly no more.

Bought a crib from wayfair and fedex did the delivery. My husband refused the box as there was a gapping hole in the middle and we signed it as damaged and refused. When i called wayfair they said i should have accepted the box otherwise they will charge me 75 bucks to ship back to them and that i the consumer needed to call fedex as the person working cannot since they cannot make outside calls. I then received a email from wayfair saying box was damaged call us, and the nice lady offered to send me a new one.which when it came this time it also had a hole on the box and a huge dent on one of the side panels. I called wayfair again and they agreeded to ship me the part once i told them that the part that was damaged. She put the order in. Only for me to get a call and email from wayfair a week later saying hey whats the part you need? Bad customer service multiple time the agents were rude and not helpful. I think i've called wayfair over 6 times for this issue.

So $74 cad diference, plus, they will use fedex to send you the rug, this mean fedex will charge you at least $35 to get it through customs, this is a surprise fee from fedex and wayfair will tell you they do not control those fees
So you will end up paying $110 cad more if you buy it in Canada!
This is by far the worst company to deal with. They make me so angry. Customer service ppl can't help because my acct is handled by "executive resolution team" these guys can't be reached by phone. I have emailed numerous times, they don't respond. I can't be transferred to them. They should not call themselves the "resolution" team they are anything BUT.
The Canadian consumer should be aware there is no seamless after market support for the AKDY range hoods if they want to purchase items such as the filters unless they ridiculously have an American Credit Card. Maybe, as it was not pursued. It was thought this a roadblock and their website clearly states they will not ship to Canada and the filters are not available from the retailers in Canada. This is an Ontario Consumer Protection issue.

I ordered an item from them and waited 3 weeks only to find out that they didn't bother shipping the item.
And this was after talking to 2 separate support people that did not notice that it was not shipped but told me it was on its way.
Will never buy anything from them again, and will make sure to tell everyone I know to stay away from them.
