Can this guy find ANY room for improvement with Disney? Not all the restaurants are GREAT, the parks could be cleaner... pandering to fans by referring to them as "family" is a major suck up. Why can Lou charge money for a private tour of Disney World but no one else can? Sorry, I just don't trust this guy to tell me the truth about what to expect, where to go, what to do or anything about Disney World. When you are paid by the company that you are reviewing, you can't be impartial, which means you lose credibility. Moving on.
