I had two subscription products shipped from Westmore Beauty that I thought were already stopped. They were shipped to my previous PO that is not active as I am currently traveling for extended time. The packages were returned to Westmore Beauty. I can see from the tracking that they were picked up from the postal box, yet I've been unable to reach anyone from customer service to initiate a refund.
I've sent multiple messages and have had no response. It's been very frustrating not being able to get any assistance. Do not bother with this company, you wont get any assistance in any instance.
I appreciate the coupons offered for being a repeat customer. I would like to be able to buy a product to try without having to subscribe to it. If I love it, then I would subscribe

It really doesn't cover much and it makes your skin look weird like you have make up on so it's not really good for aging skin
Why on earth would I want repeat shipments on something that was my first order and I said I hated it then I get charged $5.99 shipping to return. I am reporting to the BBB as this was completely a scam and fraud
I first ordered it on a tv show. After that I began ordering on the website. The delivery is quick and they have specials on other products I am interested in purchasing.

I bought a product, I love it, but ever since you've been sending me another one and taking money from my account, I sent one back at my expense, I do not want this please cancel it, cannot get anything from customer service
I have been pleased with my purchases from Westmore. The body makeup stays on in our Florida heat and humidity, and the undereye bag erasing cream is amazing. I also love that the hair color corrector is so easy to use between touch ups and comes in auburn, which is hard to find in some products like eyebrow pencils and stamps. On top of liking the line, it's very well-priced!

I returned an item in September. I just had them credit my account. I can't use it. Every time I call they say the credit is there but nobody can answer why I can't use it. They gave me a code to use that doesn't work and I have sent 3 emails & no one is of any help!

I placed an order almost two months ago which I have not received However I somehow have enrolled in a monthly product. All three that I have received so far have been the same. I do not want to be enrolled in this at all. It's almost $40 a month

I placed an order in May for product. I left June 1 for an extended vacation. When I returned home yesterday on October 27,2025, I had 5 packages waiting from Westmore Beauty for me. I went on their website and discovered I had a subscription which I was totally unaware. I would never sign up purposely for a subscription since I travel 6/8 months a year. Being an older person, I should have received a notification or something on their website that ask if I am aware this is a subscription. Have had a difficult time getting assistance by telephone. Matter of fact gave me order numbers and sent me to online returns which prompted denied the returns even though the mailing box. I live in a state that has very strong consumer laws, especially for people over the age of 65. I will file a complaint with the state consumer advocate office.

I would never wear skirts or dresses without tights or dark pantyhose for my skin is so fair and have many noticeable blue veins that I don't like. Ever since I ordered Westmore I can now show my legs and wear skirts and dresses and feel confident. Amazing product I don't go anywhere without it and I can even take a few showers without having to reapply love this..

I have requested repeatedly that you stop sending this product and charging my card. I finally had to get a new credit card and terminate my old card due to your continued disregard of my requests to stop. I also stated that I did NOT give you permission to continue charging my card. It was to be a one time purchase. I have four unopened boxes!
