WhatGeek overall experience has been great. Despite the website having some very visual issues (bad front end bugs/implementations) from time to time overall it has been a great experience. Just expect shipping to take quite a while.

I received the product I ordered. It was packed well and arrived in great condition. Also received it very quickly considering it came from overseas. I would definitely order from WhatGeek again!

Thought that the mouse would be strictly decorative, but it actually feels okay in hand, so it became my main everyday one. However, its quite small, so take that into consideration.

It took a little more than a week to arrive. When I ordered it, I wasn't unaware that I would also have to pay an additional £40+ in import duty to the courier. The device is functional, and it might potentially take the place of my phone if it included a camera and phone card SIM slot. I had to switch the keyboard to US English and the Windows operating system to Win 11 UK English.

Been eyeing the lofi keyboard for a few months and finally pulled the trigger when I saw the deal. Was a little worried about ordering on a site I've never heard before but it was good! Product was new, timely shipping, and great price.

The device works fine, with some visual quirks that kind of take away from the handheld. Runs ARKos fine, and the screen is fantastic for the price point. It could be a bit better if put into a more modern and clean shell form, and without the strange choice for some of the face buttons. Great grab for under $50USD.

I accidentally ordered the wrong color for the macro pad I ordered. I emailed the support team, and they responded very quickly letting me know they would update my order. The device was exactly as described, and works well. It was packed very well given that the shipment was international.

Absolutely loving the two consoles I bought from Whatgeek UK. Will buy again. Only slight downside was my anbernic cube case was a bit squished owing to a lack of boxing. But still, recommended!

Long time to receive it, not very clear instructions about how to change some settings, in overall a very good product, could use some development.

Az általam vásárolt termékek akciós kuponnal lettek vásárolva. Hosszabb idő utan, miután rákérdeztem, hogy hol a csomagom azt mondták vámkezelés miatt vissza lett küldve. Ha akarom, akkor fizessek még. A csomagom nem is járt Magyarországon, mert néztem a csomagkövetést. Aztán azt mondták kapok valami apró kártérítést, azt sem kaptam meg. Nem tartom megbízható oldalnak!

I was given the wrong case. I ordered an anbernic cube case and I was given a cube XX case but it does the job

My product arrived late, but such things happen.
I appreciated the care and attention given to the customer.
The only problem is that supports forget or ignore old messages.
Improvements can be made on this issue.

Game arrived with broken screen. Can't play it. Can't get customer service. Can't get my money back. Thought I'd get a nostalgic game experience. But I got a 100 dollar paper weight. Thanks.

Under no circumstances would I recommend purchasing from WhatGeek. I purchased a laptop that arrived faulty and unsafe. Their return process was obstructive and ultimately prevented me from returning the product successfully. Despite following their instructions and even involving PayPal Buyer Protection, I have been left significantly out of pocket. The combination of WhatGeek's handling of returns and PayPal's failure to uphold buyer protection has created a deeply frustrating experience, leaving me with no option but to escalate formally. They make their own rules and ignore buyer protection. If you end up with a faulty product, you're stuck — no refund, no support, nothing.

Very good experience They respond to emails very quickly and the item was delivered very quickly, within nine to ten days.

Honestly wasn't expecting much from this site since I hadn't seen anything but the shipping was fast and the keyboard was amazing value. I cannot stress this enough, this place is really good and I was very surprised at the quality

The express delivery or whatever it's called the only where you pay extra arrived the same time as the free shipping.

I love the sound of the keyboard and the feel of the keys as I type for work. The colors are so pretty. I also really enjoy the backlight and the customizability of the colors and lighting effects.
