Ordered a case never showed, called fed ex, said it was delivered but not to my house no one signed for it. Called wine insiders, wine was shipped to a wrong address. Wine insiders said they would send an another shipment but I have heard nothing from them.

For guys like me who like wines over a broad spectrum, and care about not getting bad stuff more than trying to find that exquisite far out vintage stuff for the snobs, Wine Insiders is a great merchant to use. Moreover, my frugal self gets satisfied with their pricing systems. Getting it delivered to your door is a plus as well. However, I had to invest in a dolly to carry these 15 bottle boxes inside. In the past, I have joined Wine Clubs and dropped out of wine clubs. To be honest, I joined these clubs because the initial offer was good and even if I could not choose the wines I would receive on my initial order, at least they would be priced reasonably. Wine insiders was different! I CHOSE what I wanted and paid a fair price. I did not have to accept monthly, or any other time frame delivery. In other words, I chose what wines I wanted WHEN I wanted. Now for more GOOD news. The wine is in my opinion excellent. I do not admit to being any kind of expert on wine. I just like what I like. So far I have sampled a Malbac and a Reisling and have been extremely satisfied. I will undoubtedly make purchases in the future. Thanks for the enjoyment.

We've ordered your wine for years the product is wonderful when we started it came by UPS which was very good but now it's FedEx their service "STINKS" updates bad and we even tried having it shipped to Walgreens FedEx would state the wine is there it would "NOT" be there, Walgreens stated that's normal for FedEx shipments... Not Good Service, have we called you about this... "Yes!"
