I have ordered from WineInsiders for a number of years. They sell wines from all over the world. Some of the wines have turned out to be favorites that I have ordered again and again. Some are just ok. They have constant sales and offers. So a good strategy is to keep a record of the specific wines you really like and then wait for a sale where they are available for a very good price. Then stock up so that you have something to drink while waiting for the next sale. WineInsiders has extremely good customer service. It is fairly quick to get a live representative on the phone and my experience is that they will correct any mistake or problem promptly and to your satisfaction. Orders are shipped very fast and the wine generally arrives within a few days.
I started ordering wines about a year ago, and I have been completely satisfied. I can order whenever I want, and what I want. Delivery is two days after I place my order. I do nt have to order a certain amount of wine per year, which makes it nice for me.

I've been using Wine Insiders almost exclusively for buying wine since I was introduced by a family member more than a year ago. I love it and will go nowhere else for wine. There is no contract to buy into, the quality is outstanding and the prices can't be beat. Seriously. When I was a member of past wine clubs, as soon as I liked a wine, they would sell out and I wouldn't be able to buy it outside of the club. Here, I can continuously buy my favorites and they store my rankings in case I forget which ones I like. Shipping is free and delivery happens within a few days. A few times I needed to contact customer service and got personal, near immediate service. I can't say enough about them except, "Please don't change or go away!"

We have ordered from Wine Insiders somewhere around a dozen times, first couple through Groupon and then straight from the website. Let's say 150 bottles overall... We've had four we didn't like. That's not exaggerated. We took photos of the four bottles so we didn't order again. But those four became sangria so it wasn't a loss!
