Perfect. Delivered earlier than expected and product is what I ordered

I had a faulty keyboard. I followed the instructions on the website on how to return a faulty product. I first contacted the manufacturer and went through all the troubleshooting steps. They advised the product was indeed faulty and provided an RMA number. I provided this to Wireless1 via email as their process asks, but no reply. Days later I call up and ask for an update and they "found" my email and provided me with the return information. (they won't provide a return address otherwise). I return the keyboard... and nothing. I saw through my shipping tracker that Wireless1 signed for and received my keyboard a week and a half ago. I emailed asking for an update,... nothing.
Finally I call up and ask where my return is at... they replied that they are checking with the product supplier to troubleshoot the issue... I state I already did that - that is what the RMA number is.
Suddenly it was. "oh, well that should be shipped out to you later today"...
If you ever need to return something you WILL need to call up and chase it down, because they will just ignore it otherwise. Two emails to *******@wireless1.com.au have both been ignored and still haven't been responded to.
Super disappointing support, almost blatant lying about 'oh we just found your email and your return is being shipped today'. Such a coincidence it's being shipped on the same day i phoned up, right?
Just really disappointed because they received/signed for it on the 10th and I was hoping (wishful) that if they processed it quickly that I might get my replacement before Christmas. Obviously they didn't do anything until today when I called up. Not too upset that I wont get it before Christmas, pretty annoyed they ignored me until I called up today though.
Decent prices, awful customer support, almost non-existent returns.

It was simple and easy. I would have liked perhaps more emails to know what is going on with the purchase and where it is at.

The shipping was super quick. I got plenty of updates along the way and was extremely impressed.

Really awesome experience - friendly. Knowledgeable and patient staff that helped me to make this purchase very timely and easily.

Excellent experience, easy to place an order, and the service is really fast. Affordable products too.

I was not notified when the product was dispatched nor did I receive tracking number details which made it slightly frustrating.
The product arrived fast so I am happy with that.
The support service could be better - for instance mWave has a customer service lodging page whereas for wireless 1 the correspondence is through email

I rang as the price on the website differed when I tried to add it to my cart. The lady was most helpful and needed to speak to someone to see what she could do. She was able to offer me a discounted price, but not as low as it was originally on the website. I know the lady who helped me did everything she could and in a very timely manner. I would have liked her supervisor to honour the price that was listed on the website.

Derek is the best one! He helped me quickly find a gift for my 15 y. O. Nephew, who's a gamer, and runs his own blog. I had no idea what I should get him, but Derek helped me greatly. Great job, and excellent prices!

Extremely easy, reasonably priced & fast delivery. A pleasure to deal with & will definitely purchase products from them in the future.

Easy to check out with lots of payment option. Staff was really friendly, I made an error with my address, email them and it was updated straight away before the package was sent. Fast delivery, the package arrived before estimated date.
