Emailed twice regarding a refund and have had radio silence.
If you have a faulty product they will make every excuse possible to avoid providing a refund, including lying (they ignore what the FairTrading site says a seller must do).
I bought a product, i am still waiting for it to be delivered and have asked for an update which was referred to their partner warehouse without providing an expected delivery date.
Staff are friendly on the phone, but generally poor communication.
No automated email (or any form of messaging) to confirm receipt of orders.
Also no emails or SMS to notify as order progresses.
Slow response to emails from customer when chasing order status.

Well I can't give you my honest opinion at the moment because I'm still waiting the arrival of my goods. Going on 12 days now and even after I paid the express courier fees. Don't know what happened to my package. Regards R E

Ordered a item ($900 worth) and they ended up dispatching to a completely different address, despite my address being correct in the system. The courier contacted me to confirm my address, also realising they addressed it to a non-existent address. Spoke to the Wireless1, who blamed their "dropship" company for the error, but still took 5 days to resolve. Total wait time close to 2 weeks. Very poor, but they expected me to do most of the leg work to resolve it. 5 calls and 3 emails - very poor communication
