I have bought many things from wish shopping online. My experience with wish has been great except for the second time for some sellers for whom I won't disclose their names at this time. I placed an order & cannot login to track it. I have tried for more than a week to login without success. Ordered a jacket from company and the jacket I received didn't resemble the one advertised. It took multiple emails before they agreed to take it back. Had to pay to ship it back and never got any money back. Contacted company several times by email and even with them admitting that they did get the jacket back I never got any refund. Just got a response saying that they were sorry and would check into the situation and get back to me. This happened several times and I never heard from them. That went on for more than a year and have resigned to myself that I will never get reimbursed. Have heard from several people that they have had the same experience with this company. My advice is to avoid this company

I bought around 5 items and non of them arrived. Customer support doesnt help because they ask you the same question over and over again. After refunding the money, I have only received half of the money back, very nice job Wish.com. You guys should be proud of your $#*!ty service and incapability to deliver.

So i bought some stuff from wish.com. Almost everything got to me broken and i refunded it. The next day i got restricted. I submited an apeal and it got verified.Then i go to purchase something and boom these come up. Iv sent them my id via email and the app, even tried to contact them threw instagram and Twitter They keep ignoring me. I also got some refferals like 50$ - 100$. Please help me iv been restricted since the start of 2022 (dec 3) i think

I'd give Wish 1 star, but to be fair I have received decent items with tempered expectations. Where Wish failed miserably is in their product support. They claim to offer a 30-day guarantee of satisfaction, but when I initiated a claim online the day I received glasses with interchangeable lenses that don't fit the frame the product support representative basically stalled for weeks with unnecessary questions and "holiday" delays only to tell me right before the 30-day mark that they don't think there is a problem despite sending 5 pictures that clearly show the problem on a $50 item. Buyer beware.

No responses from staff, no refund, lots of fake goods being sold on Wish and about 70% are rubbish - poor quality, doesn't work or faulty after short usage. Delivery 2 weeks average. AVOID and go to ebay or Amazon.

I ordered a vest that was really loose. I did a return. I received the label, package it and sent to Wish Return Center. A week went by, I contacted wish. They said, until it is scanned, I will get my refund. Almost 2 weeks went by, I contact wish again, I get my refund when it reach to Wish Return Center in California or China. Then they close my ticket stated it is resolved. How in the hell is it resolved when I don't even got my refund. I showed them the receipt that I sent it with tracking number, I waited 15 days later. I even call United States Postal Services. They said the address is wrong and I will get the package send back to me. I told wish that, and they ignore the message. So, if you gonna buy something on wish, you better make sure it fits. You are not going to get your refund. The more you try to contact them, they will put resolved, then you no longer can contact them. VERY HASSLE EXPERIENCE FOR RETURN ITEM FOR REFUND.

I ordered 16 sets of soft white 50 light sets at $1 per set. I was billed $70.59. I tried once before to order the same and was supposed to pick them up at a local store. They never came so I decided to try direct ship and was billed this ridiculous amount. NEVER AGAIN!

Great place to shop - if you can settle for only buying Knick-knacks like clothing, that what you bought is final, and that you're not getting a refund for anything. Customer service is bad. All of the costumer service agents speak poor English, and you have to translate what they say. Regardless of them ACTUALLY UNDERSTANDING your language, they tend to TRY not to understand you seemingly so they don't have to help you. Just stick to items like cloths and tiny items that are pennies on the dollar, items that you don't intend to return ever, and you'll be fine.

Answer: Yes, delete the app from your device. They will send you stuff you looked at! Bought a $7 item, was charged $97. Turns out everything I looked at, they billed me for and shipped. I only got $70 back.

Answer: Honestly it depends on what u order. I found most of the stuff is ok quality. Not wonderful but not poor quality. Everything is always smaller then what it says so keep that in mind. My biggest issue with them is the customer support sucks. No way to contact them other then email, and the issue never gets resolved. Shipping is horrible. Plan for about 2 months after ordering. They give u estimated shopping time then add 2 wks. So answer to your question items are not the best but not the worst of quality either.
Answer: Very cheap knock off merchandise. I placed an order for about 70 items on a single order, out of those 70 I have received 9 items. *3* where broken, *4* was the wrong item and *2* were such poor quality it was unusable. And yes it has been about 7 wks. Since I placed my order. The tracking numbers DO NOT work in the USA. And if you go through their site it's all in Chinese. I found all of the same items on EBay from same companies and tried them out and guess, I got a USA tracking number, and my item arrived in 2 wks.! Answer: Everything typically takes forever to get to buyer if it gets to you at all, then Wish says 5 more days, 5 more days all the while they have your money, if you do get your order and it isn't right or defective they expect you to return the item on your dime regardless that it was their mistake which is illegal. There is no customer service, you have to email then eventually call your bank or file a complaint with the District attorney about Wish which I had to do in order to get my refund. I have not ordered anything else from Wish and warn people about them. So in my opinion beware order from someone else

Answer: I have answered this many times and my answer is always the same. Read the reviews! Some items are junk, and if so, people will comment. The clothes are sized for the Asian market and therefore are many sizes smaller. I wear a medium and ordered the one article of clothing I have ordered in an xxl and it just fit. Clothing tends to be on cheap side, too. Watches and jewelry tend to be a good deal and I have ordered many watches as gifts ans have averaged $3-$5. They look expensive and some even say CK on them. I ordered a $70 purse that I didn't use for several months and when I did, the zipper broke. I took a picture of it, sent it to customer service and received a refund within an hour. Didn't even have to send the item back. Items can take up to a month and if you complain, they usually offer a refund, but even with the refund, I have received the item every time. Have patience and read the reviews and you will be good to go!
Answer: Well if you bought it and try returning it I think it'll be a waste because of shipping, but usually you would get the money back. Oh and just so you know when they say that shipping is $1 sometime it's really not. I ordered something and shipping was way more then expected.
