I love their baby clothes, but this company is horrible to deal with. Customer service is non-existent. They constantly have supply issues. They never communicate these issues and basically just do not ship orders they can't fill. I would say do better, but seriously doubt that they can. After weeks of emails and calls I finally got a response.
I received a package that I did not order. It was an obvious wrong address...any of the new order systems would have flagged that. Nevertheless, I reached out to assist to get it returned. First thought was, if they just told the lady where to picks it up; this would have been long over (note: I live in a small town). They just were not pleasant people; they told me to call FEDEX. Since was not my problem, trying to coordinate that with FEDEX did not really seem to be my problem. Nevertheless I provided my pick up address for them to coordinate the return. FEDEX did not show up, so I let them know. Then they kept asking multiple times to confirm my address. I mean how many times do I have to provide the same address. Then they sent a new type of communication response for me to review, I would have to sign into their site with a customer number and password. Obviously, I never intend on being a 'Honest Company' customer so that was not going to happen. I asked to speak to a Manager and was basically told 'no'. All and all it was a frustrating experience to try to assist in returning the package that was not mine, that I had never ordered. Plainly they are just odd... I would not recommend being a customer of their...
An honest review of honest company. Your diapers honestly are the worst. My wife got them because they are cute but they are anti-absorbent. Had to change my sons outfits every time we changed his diaper because he would just pee through a hole diaper. All the other brands are cheaper and more absorbent. I'd take absorbent any day over cute. Cute over priced and non absorbent.
Their pull ups burnt my child they said if I sent the doctor bill and the diapers receipt they would refunde me in a credit to the store for the amount of money I'm out so I sent them everything and now they are ignoring me
I do a lot of online shopping and did not catch that even if you select overnight delivery that there is still a one or two day processing that actually delays it from being overnighted. I am so angry with myself 30 bucks down the drain. All because I saw a segment of Hoda and Jenna and thought hey let me try this.
At this point I want to return everything. Just tired of everything having some sort of catch.
I purchased four packets of Honest Company baby wipes. Consistently, I have had an issue with having multiple wipes come out of the package rather than one at a time. I contacted customer service and was forwarded a tutorial email of how to pull a baby wipe out of a package. I am not a young mother and have had many years of successfully having one wipe come out at a time from the wipes I've used in the past. This is a problem with the wipes and not a problem with the way I'm removing the wipes. After that email I just made the decision never to buy Honest Company products.
I'll stick with Huggies baby wipes or the store brand that actually come out of the container one at a time and are VASTLY cheaper to purchase!
I ordered a gift card which never arrived. It took many phone calls between the Honest company an FedEx to get to the bottom of the problem. We never did because the company wouldn't work with the shipping company to resolve. They finally, reluctantly credited my account because that was easier than figuring it out. Never again.
I did subscription for my baby's wipe and diaper.
First month They sent 2boxes why? ( they have to send 1box!) and 1month later sent another box.( I did 8weeks term)
I tried to cancel.
But, I couldn't.
I sent an email for cancel subscription but, they are naver responsed.
They are swindler!
I am going to report BBB
I ordered a "free" sample package of their baby products and even paid shipping. Really wanted to try the brand out. I NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING. No product, no communication, not a thing. I took it as an unfortunate loss and have never looked at their products again. She* has celebrity influence so can you imagine how many others paid to try the products but didn't receive anything? That's shipping X thousands of customers. Huge money grab with no delivery.
My overall rating for my experience with this company is "no stars."
Just after I bought this last year I was hospitalised with a serious lung infection. The medications were truly awful but necessary. I had the conditioning detangler brought in and used it on my hair to maintain my hair condition, so at least I could spray in bed and just brush through. I survived, just……. And have have just finished my spray and ordered another today. I recommend it to anyone with more to worry about but their hair like but still…… thank you!
I bought 2 separate packs of Honest Co. Wipes from two separate stores only to find LIVE ACTIVE MOLD within the packaging. I emailed the Honest Co. Directly with photos but they basically denied it being unsafe.
DISGUSTING UNSAFE AND RUDE
I wont be buying from them again and that's saying a lot considering I bought from this brand religiously.
Ps Honest Co. Wipes were recalled ONLY 4 YEARS AGO!
I smell another recall coming
I've ordered various products from The Honest Company. The products are really awesome and the packaging is well done. I will definitely get some more foaming bubble bath, it smells cool.
I feel better using natural products. The only complaint I have is the price. I feel it's way over the top. I wish they'd be more in touch with the average consumer's budget limitations. Otherwise, I really like all the products I've tried so far.
They have an auto subscribe option that is very tricky and if you are not actively looking for it they will sign you up for subscriptions. When you call and tell them you did not want a subscription they say there is nothing they can do.
In addition, when you send an item as a gift to someone else, it automatically goes as your default shipping address. Again they have a tricky website and customer service is not helpful at all.
I purchased multiple products for my daughter's Labor & Delivery hospital take-alongs. With the order I received a free gift of household cleaner which was so poorly packaged it leaked, box was soaked and all items in the order were soaked as well, including newborn needs. Customer service asked me to return the soaked products however as they were dripping wet, return shippers refused the items, its common sense that you cannot ship a thoroughly soaked package of diapers, lets get real. Customer service offered only a $6.00 credit for the value of the free gift that leaked. The remainder of this $70 order was a loss to me. When by honest to write a review, I did as asked, within the guidelines stating the above and I received the following message:
"Our staff has read your review and values your contribution even though it did not meet all our website guidelines. Thanks for sharing, and we hope to publish next time!"
I use the orange vanilla body lotion along with the orange vanilla body wash. I love the fact that it is gentle for my sensitive skin and paraban free. Six months ago I had open heart surgery, and it worked wonderfully! I have used honest baby wash and lotion for years, I even have my sisters using it. This baby lotion and baby wash, I highly recommend for older women. It has a beautiful light scent and feels wonderful on your skin! Thank you Jessica for making an amazing product, you need to promote these to older women, or people who are going through surgeries and need a gentle product! I just love it!
We typically use Seventh Generation or Cloud diapers, and always without issue. However, twice in recent months, our Target has been out of those brands and we have purchased a package of Honest diapers. Both times my son has developed an irritating rash in the waistband area on his back and sides. The rash appears a couple days after we begin using Honest diapers and disappears when we stop using them. The only time I have had to use diaper cream on my son in his two years of life has been when we are using Honest diapers.
I purchased Honest diapers, believing the marketing that they are free of harsh chemicals and skin irritants, and better for baby. Apparently not. I am highly disappointed that twice now I have wasted money on these diapers. I know I am not the only one who has experienced this with Honest as a quick Google search revealed other parents complaining about this as early as 2013 (and probably earlier). Why has nothing been done to remedy the situation? Does Honest really care so little about babies that in eight years the company has failed to make an effort to do better?
Honest seems to me to be just another Johnson & Johnson, concerned only with profit and intentionally ignoring the harm its products are causing. I find this especially disdainful when it involves babies and children too young to speak up for themselves.
Nothing is free,,, everything has a cost,,,, Leftist garbage think,,,, Amazon trash,,,, stupid tech garbage think,,, it's all going in the trash. It takes massive amounts of fuel, natural resources to make and ship,,,,,,,, you can pay for a label that makes yourself feel better about consuming a product but go ahead sheeple kid your self Hollywoods got your back
We have used Honest Diapers and wipes for the past two and a half years and have loved them!
Before that, as a Nanny I used both the diapers and wipes dating back to 2015.
In the past year I have begun to notice the decline in the product of the diapers and the wipes. We have bought several variation of diapers in size three and four this year and the diapers have riped upon opening. The biggest difference I have noticed is the wipes! When we are out and about we use them for a quick clean for our little guy. They have begun to break out his skin!
I fear this company is expanding too fast and no longer care to put the effort they once did in their product.
Poor customer service. Extremely disappointed with Honest's lack of accountability and responsibility to provide confidence around deliveries. An order was never delivered and now it has cost me $122.31 in products that were never received because Honest refuses to provide any assurance or solution.
My options for a package that was never delivered via FedEx were:
(1) Check with my neighbors to see if they received the package
(2) File a report with local enforcement and dispute the charge with my bank
(3) Change my settings using FedEx Delivery Manager to require signatures
Because FedEx marked the package as "Delivered", Honest would not issue a replacement or refund. Other retailers would have fixed this and earned my trust. Honest's policy around refunds and replacements for lost or missing packages are BS and I refuse to spend money on a service that doesn't value me as a customer.
Answer: The conditioning detangler certainly is! See my review.
