I believe had a two year contract at a certain price with the select plus plan. We attempted to add the APC income credit to our account. The Xfinity representative said they could not adjust our bill as we had a legacy plan. They said in order to adjust our bill they had to update our plan, that there would be no impact on our current channel lineup availability or changes to our bill. Later that day we lost a bunch of channels we paid for and regularly enjoyed. Spoke to several representatives, they could not do this. They said the only way to get the channels taken from us was to pay more money. We did not agree to a change of plans that removed our current access or limited what services we had. The company has thus far not corrected this issue.
We were promised call backs from supervisors and have received no contact by telephone as we were told we would. They have refused to provide the number or address of their legal department or phone transcripts. We have been forced to file a complaint with our state attorney general. They provide terrible service, misrepresent changes and withdraw services and then try and charge you more to the same service when attempting to apply an income based discount with no rectification or obvious attempts at this. Avoid at all cost.
Your phone system is pathetic. My question cannot be answered by a computer and I have no way to get to a live agent. You have hung up on me, you keep telling me you have to do a test and hang up on me. Regardless of what I say, you make it impossible to talk to a live agent. I wish there were more choices for cable because this is absolute terrible customer service.
They keep asking me for a service that I disconnected since April. The phone has been received in their warehouse since April. I am trying to communicate. No one can end this farce. I will go to court.

I have been trying to leave this carrier for weeks. I was given disconnected phone numbers and placed on hold for PROLONGED periods of time. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...STAT AWAY!
Had a email account with Xfinity Comcast for more than 2 years. Comcast was hacked and they didn't notify any customers, they just locked everyone's email password and made everyone go to change it. The site gives you the run around to change it and then mandates you call their service line. Difficult to understand their reps and after 45+ minutes EVERY phone call, they say they can't find your account. Pitiful customer service!
This company is a joke and should have a public law suits against them. They are pure scammer thats why they give reward only if you put your bank account they will try to steal your money. They don't have a customer service they just have an AI $#*!ty system and some VA from overseas.
They sent me a defect modem and I called to have it change they said no problem they sent a tech for free then try to charge me 100$ on my bill for their tech when I was paying for a service that wasn't working.

I swore to myself I will never sign up with xfinity again from my last experience But I made the same mistake again,service and customer service one worse than the other good luck talking with an agent inside of the US, and I went to the store the employees even worse than both such a disappointment
They have made mistakes on my account and have not fixed them. Customer service is horrible. They have robots running everything. The people who work in the store have horrible attitudes and do not help, they will only tell you to call customer service. And customer service is no help at all. So I am overpaying and cannot to anything about it. So technically they are stealing from me
They will remove your email with no notice and no support to get the email back. Spoke to 3 different people. Each one was just as useless as the last.
They do not care about their loyal customers as long as they have the last 4 digits on your card they Will financially rape you they helped max out my credit card along with the interest purchases due to an Unexpected expense (several times) through the ACP program which did not apply correctly and are liars, manipulators to get what they want ($$$) & did not give my original requested promotion to a free device and "affordable" service. This company is the pits. When their equipment is defective, and you have no service for 2 weeks, they expect you to pay full price for the month. (After promising an account credit) then they threaten you with collections when you decide to refuse to pay, because of the promise of credit. It took MULTIPLE 2-3 hour phone calls to be lied to, promised the moon, (account credit etc) only to have my charge card billed $760.00 and (obviously) still no credit.
Just got off the phone with kinetic by Windstream, better service, LESS THAN HALF of what Xfinity was raping me for.! Then a smarta$$ customer (no) service Xfinity rep basically said I was only out of service for 2 days. THERE WAS DEFECTIVE EQUIPMENT! IT TOOK 2 WEEKS TO REPLACE. There was NO service for the 2 weeks, as the equipment was NOT working AT ALL!
Wish I'd called Windstream a long time ago.! Could have paid for a WHOLE YEAR service with them, for what Xfinity charged me for 3 & 1/2 months. RUN RUN RUN less than 1 star if available! And from the reviews I've read,,... I'm far from the only one with this experience. Is disgusting! DO YOUR HOMEWORK, AND SHOP AROUND. There are a LOT of companies HAPPY to help the angry Xfinity customers, unfortunately Xfinity isn't one of them.
I have had to call and be in their endless loop of automated messages 4 times. This wasted hours of my time. They cannot get their automated billing to work properly and keep emailing me that OI owe money. I m cancelling this crappy service. Better to never use the internet or watch TV than have Xfinity.

Lured in with special pricing. Overcharged by $100 the first month. Return equipment CHARGED AGAIN …, refund 3-5 days NEVER CAME. Pissy agent. Fought finally got it through for TV. BUT they didn't UNLOCK MY PHONE. 4 hours on phone in a loop. Still paying them $85 a month even though they can't locate my account through my phone number…… several disconnects … never got to speak to a human. I've lost over $600
I have had xfinity as the only option since moving and the customer service is absolute trash. You can't get in contact with a person or get anybody who can actually help. Their service is absolute $#*! in so many ways it's absolutely trash. If you have to work from home I would never recommend them ever. They go down at least 2-3 times a month and do nothing to resolve it. However if you get a helpful technician they will do all they can to help. But it takes multiple calls and constant complaints to get somebody out to help.

Had no issues with internet when i used them for two years. When I canceled my account and services because I moved they kept charging me for 2 months. I called to remind them that I cancled and that I already made the payments to cancle my services 3 times with in those two months. I'm writing this today because they still have not cancled my services after the 4th time and have charged me a 3rd time. They are extremely difficult to deal with when canceling services. They said that they had bo record of me making payments. So if you go with them keep records of your bank statements. Wish me luck getting this resolved because this is extremely inconvenient and unnecessary.
