I have comcast.net and have had it for over 10 years now. I have never had any problems with them.

I pay for business grade internet service at my home, with guaranteed uptime, because I have web servers in my home office. It never occurred to me that I had to tell them to notify me when they have a planned outage for a business grade account.

Last night our internet service was out for 3 1/2 hours due to a planned outtage. Comcast did not notify us about the planned outage.

When we called them they said you have to ask ahead of time to be notified about outages, or they don't bother to tell you that your business will be off line for hours.

Someone at Comcast needs to get a clue.

When the web page loads you start looking at the headlines then the whole #@$#@! Page shifts down jerkiing you eyballs out of their sockest so that Comcast can tell you they are going to change their page.

Housewife - I am writing you due to you taking money out of my account on two occastions this month and I have no music from use at all. 4/06/2009 use took $19.98 and then on4/15/2009 $19.98 out of my account. I would like to fined out why this money is taking from my account and I want it returned. Now my Lawyer is going to fined this out and someone is going to get in a world of trouble. Please refund my money now. PLEASE. I have nothing to show for the money.

P.S. I have the bank statement showing this information. I Know nothing of this I am thinking someone went in my room and stoled my card. Because I could not fined for a couple of days. No one is using my name and I will fined out so please return my funds.

Plaxo is totally useless and spams me all the time - Back in 2001-2002, Plaxo seemed like a great way to keep your address book current. But today, Plaxo is completely useless. I use Facebook and Linkedin, which do a better job of helping me keep track of people. All Plaxo does is spam me with emails every day. I can't believe Comcast bought them.
