The xhtmlchop is one of the more reliable conversion services that I have come across. They performed the conversion to the Wordpress templates for my blogging services and helped me create a more attractive base for my content. Their templates are easy to upload and effectively customized to simplify user interaction. Although I had some issues with their conversion coding, I found their customer service willing to take in suggestions and offer help with the problems. Their work is certainly affordable and of a high quality.

When I chose the Xhtmlchop services, I was worried if they would be able to justify the design to the XHTML coding. I was relieved when they provided me with the final result. They are quite experienced and understand the requirements of online businesses well. I was particularly impressed with their ability to maintain the design authenticity while ensuring structural stability. I would certainly opt for them again for my new projects.

I have always had a problem with conversion services. They tend to produce either efficient platforms or design friendly CMS. But Xhtmlchop managed to combine both these elements very effectively. I was impressed by their pixel perfect designs and punctuality. They have a very efficient customer support as well and they considered my point of view before they began work on the project. This decision was based on their past work and very economical pricing. I was not disappointed in any manner as their conversion of the design into a working xhtml template was pixel perfect. It's the worst experience in my life ever. Don't believe anything they say - about quality or especially about the time to accomplish job. They claimed 2 days to slice only 4 pages (sic!) of simple PSDs. These two days turned into 10 days, the files were never returned.

The money back guarantee - total bull$#*!. They didn't return us the money, nor did they return us the files.

They just disappeared. Stopped answering to emails and internal messages. Their so-called 'live support' doesn't work - obviously they just put a button their, but it doesn't work.

Never ever use them, if you want to complete your project

They have been impressive in their work whenever I have asked them. There have been certain hitches which were cleared with their immediate customer service response. I used xhtmlchop for 2 projects. The first project was a very straightforward design and that was a good experience. Based off my first project I decided to use them for a bigger website using WordPress and the experience with them was HORRIBLE! The design was straightforward but I had just slightly more complex functionality. Not very complex, just more than the last project. They delivered a site that was sloppy and not functioning properly. I sent them about 6 reviews requesting changes and each time I would get a stock response that the issues were fixed only to find that most of what I requested was flat out ignored. No explanation as to why. That is the biggest issue... they provide you with absolutely NO COMMUNICATION. After repeated emails, requests and frustrated pleas for assistance they finally fixed all the issues. I can accept that their low prices might limit their abilities to implement your requests but this wasn't the case. They had the abilities to implement my requests but they just ignored them. I have the email trail to prove this. This put me in very bad standing with my client because I was delayed by several weeks with no good explanation as to why. If you have a client and need to hire a developer, this is not a reliable business to use. Use them and risk damaging your own reputation.

Proof you get what you pay for. I ended up paying more to redo the site in fixed width after originally wanting the site in flex width because they couldn't figure it out. Still did not deliver after additional payment (which was my fault for ever giving them a dime). I got horribly written responses where they didn't even fix the changes and the whole experience was overall awful. One example of XHTMLchop's incompetence... they couldn't even get the automatic dating correct. I would create a post for June 2nd, and it would come up as June 2st, or June 2rd, or June 2th. I am now weary of any cheap. Psd to html/css/xhtml site.

There have been many scathing reviews about the xhtmlchop services which kind of surprise me. I have been hiring them for my design and conversion needs and have not found a problem till now. Few time they have delayed my project but end result and quality has been satisfactory. Their support is good and they always come up with results which meet my requirement. I am particularly impressed with their CMS conversion which helped me in creating a better user friendly website for my clients. Moreover, they are not averse to taking in suggestions to add to their design conversion methods. This helps me ensure that the customization progresses exactly as I want it to.

Xhtmlchop is basically one of the worst PSD to html experiences we've had. Due date on the 11th, but still waiting on the 20th for simple error correction. Day after day of sending support tickets to fix really stupid errors, like typos, 404 errors, and totally deviating from the PSD. I mean what's the point of spending time with your designer getting everything pixel perfect only to have to email xhtmlchop over and over again with the words "look at the PSD". Serious waste of my time.
