I was not impressed with xhtmlchop. The coding was sloppy, and things were not named in any sort of conventional manner, making it extremely difficult to do small changes. Every time one thing was fixed, another part of the site would break - i had to go back to them just to figure out what one part of the code even was. (example: a wordpress theme, the are where posts show up was named "commentbox?) You get what you pay for, they are extremely inexpensive.

We tried xhtmlchop.com for first time and must say they are worst then any one else. They don't know basis of xhtml and css. We went with other company with same price and got it done within 24hrs. I am not here to advertise this other company so will not name them but they were really cool. http://www.xhtmlchop.com is worst please stay away form them. All reviews about these company are just paid once as i know this company is a SEO company submitedge and know how to fool people. You can read many bad reviews about submitedge as well.

Terrible experience... Unfortunately the final CSS had nothing to do with the PSD... One and a half month has passed and still the result was not satisfactory. I had to finish it on my own and penalty needed to be paid to the customer after my delay. I have asked for a refund and 6 days later (6/1/2011) I have got no reply. It was my first and last experience with this company and I will let know as many people I know so that they won't have the same experience. I wish I had that information myself earlier.

After having a horrendous experience at Convert2xhtml.com, I fell back on good old reliable xhtmlchop. Yes they are more expensive and yes they do take longer, but I don't mind that one bit for the quality they provide. They actually take pride in what they do and makes sure you get exactly what you pay for. The CSS is well done and definitely hand-written as they promised. Not some overly complicated, computer generated bunch of rubbish that Convert2xhtml tried to pass off to me. Not to mention the code is written well enough to make even ie6 compatible. They also ask your permission to do certain things rather than just assuming what you would want and doing it without asking. I will never be lead astray with slightly cheaper prices again. Lesson learned.
