I availed a services from Y-axis for jobs in UK. Before I paid the money, they were like my resume is good, my experiece is great, they can get me a job soon etc. The moment I paid the money, they ghosted me stating that it is the year end and there wont be any job openings now.
They stalled all the processes for nearly 2 to 3 months. Before joining they promised taht they have contacts with HR's in UK and they will market my profile to the right recruiters. But all they ever did was register my profile in job sites like Glassdoor, Reeds etc and apply 20 -30 jobs per week.
Isn't this something anyone can do on their own? I ended up paying 75K to these scammers.

They took my hard‑earned money but failed to deliver any proper service. I am sharing my experience so that even if one person avoids this consultancy, my efforts will be worth it. Here is what I faced: They collected the full payment on 9th May 2025, but the agreement was signed only on 12th May 2025. After taking the money, they suddenly pointed out that I had "limited work experience" — something they should have assessed before payment. They applied to only around 40 jobs and finished all the work in an hour — very unprofessional. They submitted applications to expired jobs and even to female-only roles, despite having my complete profile. Their manager scheduled meetings but never attended them. My queries were constantly passed between different staff members (Prasanth, Rajvinder Kaur, GCC team, Megash, Victor, legal team) without any resolution for more than a month. Emails were ignored; they only responded casually on WhatsApp instead of giving proper official replies. Despite failing to provide the promised services, they are refusing to refund my money. I also felt mentally harassed as they pressured me to continue with the service even after I requested multiple times for a refund. I already posted a review earlier, but Y‑Axis has still not given any official response. I have all proofs, emails, and screenshots to support my claims. If Y‑Axis is a genuine consultancy, they should publicly respond to this review on official platforms instead of ignoring customers. Until then, I strongly advise you to stay away from them. Throughout the entire period, they applied to only around 20 jobs per week using the "Quick Apply" feature on Indeed — a process that takes less than five minutes and could have easily been done by anyone, without any real effort, customization, or strategy. In three months, they secured just three interviews: Two were for jobs that had no connection to my skills or experience. One turned out to be a scam. Y-Axis is a terrible consultancy. Their sales executives make exaggerated claims about how easy it is to obtain Australian PR, but it's all misleading. Initially, they respond to queries within an hour, but once the payment is made, the service deteriorates drastically. I had my application processed through them, and they made multiple errors, which I had to point out myself. Despite repeatedly informing my assigned case officer that I had moved to a different state almost two years ago, she still asked, "When did you move?" during a call. My skill assessment was nearing expiration, and since it takes 2-3 months to renew, I requested a call to address it. As expected, it has been a month with no response, only empty promises that a call has been arranged. I strongly recommend choosing a different immigration firm or do it yourself, as they tend to be more professional. I am personally planning to switch. The service is truly pathetic, and I wouldn't recommend Y-Axis to anyone. Don't fall for their sales pitch!

Their sales pitch is good, they make you feel like you have a great profile and nothing could go wrong with your visa approval. Once the payment is made n switched over to the process team, they offload a huge checklist on you, with unrealistic asks that were not discussed beforehand. They take their own sweet time to respond to you - I'm talking days and weeks - but when they need something from you, they expect you to respond instantly.
My advice to the team is DON'T sugarcoat the truth, clients are spending a LOT of very precious money, so don't make them waste it if you know things will go south especially if the immigration policies are unfavorable. Secondly, don't hound for feedback. Let the customer naturally and willingly provide it.
I'm sure the company has success stories, after all they are a global presence; but I'm also sure that an equal amount of not more people, have actually just been fooled by them using words like 'we assure you your visa will be approved' or 'dont worry at all, your profile has great chances' and had adverse results.

The only reason I chose Y-Axis was because they claimed to have an 85% success rate in placing individuals in cross-border job opportunities. However, after availing their service for 10 weeks, I feel like I have made a terrible mistake.
Please forgive me if this sounds harsh, but below are the points that support my concerns:
First, their marketing strategy, which includes the Job Search Service (JSS) and the Y-Axis Premium Jobs portal, relies on candidates creating a new email with their name and a personal LinkedIn profile. It seems they lack trust in recruitment firms, and they market your profile as if the candidate is applying for jobs directly through their own email and LinkedIn profile. This approach allows them to evade accountability. In contrast, other individual recruiters have built trusting relationships with recruitment firms based on their credibility and can advocate for you with employers, potentially offering better chances of securing a job than Y-Axis's strategy. This is based on my personal experience with Y-Axis where there was zero conversions, although I may be mistaken with other services as I am not practically aware of other services.
Second, despite numerous feedback requests to increase the number of job postings per week from 30 to 50, my suggestions have been ignored, and they continue to post only about 30 jobs across all preferred countries. To clarify, this is a total of 30 jobs per week, not per country. While they are applying for jobs, which I appreciate, they only post about 30 jobs per week posing as the candidate, and that is all they do.
Third, despite repeatedly asking them to be proactive and provide updates, I find myself having to call them for information. Paying a hefty fee of approximately 60,000 INR for their Job Seeker service and then having to request updates is unacceptable. Despite our feedback, the same mistakes are repeated, such as applying for jobs that do not consider 'out-of-country' candidates or those without full working rights, despite reminders. At most, you can expect two updates per week, and that too only if the candidate persistently seeks updates throughout the week. They are slow and typically take at least three working days to respond to each request, which seems excessive for the fee they charge.
Fourth, they do not assist in building contacts on LinkedIn or Seek or in expanding your work network. They simply register you, and it is up to you to take further action. It is well-known that referrals can significantly improve job application success rates, and their lack of referral support (prior to posting jobs and in general) again diminishes the candidate's chances.
I must also acknowledge some fault on my part, as I stopped pursuing corrections once I realized they were not taking my feedback seriously and were repeating the same mistakes. Honestly, I am losing hope in Y-Axis; it has been over 10 weeks since I started using their service, and I have not received a single interview call. My resume, which they claimed was ATS-ready and a "hot seller," has not even made it past the screening stage, despite my marketable skill set as a Full Stack.NET Developer and Azure Data Engineer with expertise in Azure technologies, Azure Databricks, Data Factory etc. If my profile were truly unmarketable, they should not have accepted me for the Job Seeker service in the first place.

Both their team and company are a disappointment, as they fail to deliver on their promises and end up squandering both your time and money. They assured me that my profile was very strong and that they could secure a job for me with sponsorship for a visa, but all of these commitments turned out to be false.

Their resume writing and LinkedIn services are equally poor. Mrs. Maheen Shaikh and Gurpit Singh, the salespersons I dealt with, were both unhelpful and made false promises. In my case, Mrs. Maheen even sent the wrong resume to all the job placement companies, and it wasn't even suitable for Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). It's evident that they don't thoroughly check resumes before sending them out.
Overall, my experience with Y Axis was a complete waste of time and money. I strongly advise against using their services."

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Y-Axis consultancy in the UAE for my Canada immigration process. It quickly became apparent that this company is running a scam. Before making any payment, they were very positive and assured me of numerous possibilities for my immigration application. However, once the payment was completed, their behavior changed drastically.
They started making excuses, demanding that I submit my and my spouse's IELTS bands and various other documents. Despite providing everything they asked for, they eventually closed my profile without any valid explanation. This unprofessional behavior left me feeling cheated and frustrated, as I lost my money and received no meaningful service in return.
Y-Axis consultancy doesn't provide any additional value for their exorbitant fees. What they do is simply apply through the same websites that we can easily access and navigate ourselves. They don't assist with finding jobs or any other substantial support services as they initially promise.
My advice to anyone considering Y-Axis is simple: don't pay them. They don't deliver on their promises and are not worth the investment. You are better off handling your immigration application on your own. Avoid Y-Axis consultancy if you want to save your time, money, and peace of mind.

Y-Axis is an irresponsible team. There will be numerous calls from their sales team (Sathish & Md. Ali in my case). Once after paying the fee (1.7 lakhs- Australia 491 visa) everyone got vanished.
Later a guy with poor communication skill (Banda Chaitanya) will irritate you in the name of assisting you. Then in the name of Registered Migration Agent (Carlisle) from Australia will guide you for exact 2 minutes. After that you will never get that person in call. He will simply forward you emails saying how many got selected for the current draw. In that email, he won't even edit the name to address you.
Kindly, do not stuck with this Y-Axis scammers. I am a victim of these people.
