I ordered a costume and it said it would be here by the 29th. I ordered the costume on 10/16 so that gave them 10 business day to ship. The costume party is tonight the 29th. My Halloween plans are ruined. I can't get ahold of customer service. I sent them and email over 24 hours ago. A complete waste of $70. I want my costume. I also read I can't get a refund what a joke. Not sure how to resolve this but Im furious. I'm not sure how this company is still in business. I'm not sure how they have time to respond to reviews but not their customer service line.
I ordered my costume on October 21st for a Halloween party on Friday the 29th and paid the extra for 2 day shipping and it still hasn't even shipped yet! 2 days after it was suppose to be delivered! I'm absolutely furious! I've tried emailing, texting, and calling customer service and all I get is their stupid scripted message. Waited on hold for over an hour and still never got ahold of a real damn person. I'll never shop with Yandy again. Horrible.
My order still hasn't shipped and I need it for Halloween. It's now the 26th I ordered it on the 23rd. I called and emailed to pay extra for a faster shipping option but no response. Order number is *******. I'm calling and it says to hold on the line but I waited 45min and I don't believe anyone is on the other end of the line.
I recently ordered a Halloween costume on 10/18/2021 with a guarantee that i would receive it before Halloween. Well, it's the 25th and my item hasn't even shipped. I left several emails with no response and i tried their customer care line during their listed business hours and it went straight to a voicemail. I doubt I'll receive my costume before Halloween and this is my first time
Trying this site so i'm kind of thinking i got played out of my money. And whats crazy is that yandy is advertising that if customers order by the 26th that they will receive their costume by Halloween; i call BS! I will be reporting to the BBB! Never ordering from here again.
Purchased a costume on October 17,2021 and paid for expedited shipping. Yandy was very quick to charge my card for the amount of the costume and shipping, but is very delinquent in shipping my item or providing an update on when it may possibly be received. My confirmation email stated I would receive it by October 21,2021. Calling and texting customer service is a joke. I have called three times today and have been on hold for over 15 minutes each time, when their system finally hangs up on the caller. No response through texting. I am tired of hearing the excuse of high volume and shipping issues. If you sell your products work overtime and get them shipped. What use will a costume be if it does not arrive on time?

I placed a order on the 19th because I needed my costume for a Halloween themed bday party on the 23rd. Because of the close window I did not want to chance it with free or basic shipping I paid a extra $12.99 for express shipping. It gave a confirmation email with a guaranteed arrival date of 10-22 which is a day before the party which is perfect. YANDY did not ship off my package until the 10-21-21 a day before the delivery date they guaranteed. I was concerned about this so I tried to reach out to them via email and multiple phone calls only to get automated msg via email response and call. I wrote 4 emails in total expressing how I felt about this and still nothing I asked to cancel the order still not response all I got was a automated message saying we apologize due to high volume of orders and that they don't give refunds only store credit. Keep in mind this has nothing to do with me. Not once someone from Yandy had the decency to even address me about my concerns or even say anything about the fact that I paid a extra $12.99 for shipping and still no package. I had to run to party city to buy a last minute outfit for the bday party. It's now the 10-25th and I've yet to speak to someone or see a package at my front door. I've been a Yandy babe since 2012 and I've recommended this site to multiple people and now that this happened is distasteful.
Extremely disappointed with my Yandy experience. I have been shopping with Yandy for years, and always had the best experience with them. They used to have great customer service, and provides would arrive by expected time frames. However, this year, I have had the worst experience with them. Their customer service team is not what they used to be. It's next to impossible to get in contact with someone, and when you do, they will send you generic responses - not answering your questions. They also cannot ship items by they expected timeframes (takes 5 business days to process an hour when you paid for overnight shipping).
Overall, I will not be using Yandy anymore. It's a shame because I used to love their costumes and bathingsuits. However, if I cannot get my items in time and get terrible customer service, I will spend my money elsewhere.
I ordered my halloween costume on October 11th 2021 solely to avoid last minute halloween shopping. The site stated that it would arrive by 10/14-10/18 it's been a week now and no package. The costumer service has been no help whatsoever too. Me, a costumer! Has to deal with more stress because of this when I ordered it 2 weeks ago! Now if it doesn't fit I won't have any time to get a new one. I bought it weeks ago to avoid this kinda mess.

I ordered a Halloween costume on Oct 18th and paid $13 for two day shipping. It is now oct 22nd, 4 days later, and it says my order has not even been shipped yet. I have never written a review for ANYTHING but this really made me angry. I have a Halloween party in less than a week, and at this rate I will probably not receive it in time.

I placed an order and paid $13 for "2 day shipping- Get it by 10/22". Today is 10/22 and I've yet to get a tracking number or confirmation of shipping. When I've called customer service I've got no answer. I've called 6 times now inside their normal business hours over the course of 2 days. I've also put in a help ticket and have had no response at all. Really disappointed. If you're thinking about purchasing from them I recommend saving yourself the headache and looking elsewhere.
UPDATE- received a response from Kiki... while she reimbursed the shipping she sent me a link to track my package... which was the normal spot on the website i've already looked at... and my package still has not shipped, obviously there was no checking on her end. I cant get a response to the email i sent back asking if they have any actual guarantee I will get my costume in time, or if they dont forsee that I am going to get it in time if I will be able to cancel... Their offices close and I'm assuming they plan on responding monday - not really cool seeing as I dont know whether or not to go and find a new costume this weekend. The helpline has a voicemail set up for halloween basically saying they have a lot of orders so no one will be answering the phone... I think this company is a money grab. They completely over promise and underdeliver. Again- I really do not recommend ordering from here. False advertising to have an order to someone at a date that your company can not possibly meet is a scam to me.

I have called multiple times most of the time it tells me I can't speak to any one right now to call back later and the one time I got through it either disconnected or they hung up. I have sent multiple emails and I feel like I'm getting no where.

It didn't tell me I couldn't return anything until after I ordered it and the outfit was $80 and had no reviews so If it ended up being horrible quality or not true to size it would be a waste of money. So when I saw this I went to cancel my order and it, every time no matter how many different ways I would try to cancel, would take me to a page that said it was no longer existing. So then I tried to call them…. I waited for someone to answer for 30 mins and then the call just dropped so I kept trying over and over getting the same results until I decided to give up because it just wasn't worth it. Super frustrating and a waste of time. I tried to email them too but that was worthless because even though it said it was a real person named "Kiki" it was a bot. So there is just no way to return something even if you just ordered it right before trying to cancel, no way to get ahold of someone and there is no returns except for store credit. Just a trash website and scam honestly. That being said I haven't tried their products or clothing so who knows…. If your item gets to you it might be super good but my experience was stupid bad.

I ordered a Halloween costume from Yandy and the website told me that it had been delivered but I never received it and when I called the company they told me to put in a claim which I did but have never heard back and it has been 2 weeks now and I have a Halloween party coming up and no costume. Then I ordered another one and I have gotten no shipping date or anything.

I paid for 2-day shipping on my costume on Saturday, it is now Tuesday going on Wednesday and my order is supposed to be at my house on Wednesday. There is no shipping details in sight and their website says they won't refund for shipping, I paid $20 for 2-day shipping on top of the $103 that I paid for the costume. I really thought that they would be a great company by looking at the reviews but at this point I wish FashionNova or Amazon still had the costume I ordered so I could've saved myself time, money, and stress. Don't order anything under 2-day shipping they won't keep their promise anyway. I try not to complain and be "that" person but from the reviews it looks like i should've chosen another company considering they haven't gotten peoples orders from last week.
