You won't find more variety and high quality lingerie anywhere else! The sales and promos, on top of the already low prices, can't be beat!

I had an issue with a delivery. I emailed them and they nearly immediately responded. We double and triple checked a few things, and indeed the delivery had not been made. They re-shipped product and I received it quickly. Their communication and attention to my needs was unparalleled.

The quality of product is always good, and they have great deals. Been ordering from them for years. This was the first issue I had, and they handled it perfectly. And I don't have a photo of my proof of purchase, but under penalty of perjury or whatever it may be, this is true. Order number *******.

I ordered a Halloween costume which was too large. I returned it, received a credit right away and ordered a smaller costume that fit perfectly. Super happy with the purchase, the easy return and credit toward the new costume. Easy to deal with and great party attire.

I had contacted asking about wishlist capability to allow a third party to purchase items for me like an Amazon wishlist. Unfortunately not at this time however they were very attentive. Even stated they would pass along the suggestion as well as offered solutions through third party sites.

There items are just like the pictures. They answer any question you have threw email very fast so surprise made me feel special. Greatly recommend it.

I've probably ordered on this website a dozen times. I just haven't found any other website like it. The wide selection and the low prices did it for me. The shipping is incredibly fast! I normally experience same day or next day shipping. I'm surprised how well the quality is considering the low prices of their products. I did have an issue with one item that was tarnished so I immediately contacted customer service right away. Their team responds pretty quickly. I had Holly and Macinda help resolve the issue. I was offered a replacement for the defective product! I am pleasantly please with customer service! Very Outstanding!

I accidently ordered my daughter the wrong bathing suit and had to email customer service about changing the order. I placed it on the weekend and first thing Monday they switched the suits before it was shipped later that day! Extremely polite and prompt and understanding! I will be ordering again... Just the right items the first time lol!

Personally, I always wait for the Sales…but it's well worth! I can dress my ladies up and know that I didn't spend a Ton!

We received our lingerie super fast and were both super excited. Once we opened it, one of the panties (held together by chains) was broken and couldn't be worn. Customer service agent was condescending. Lingerie was burgundy/wine and advertised and shown to be red. I lost out on my shipping money and will never return to Yandy. There are no reviews on the lingerie that I bought and I believe it is because Yandy has to approve it and mine won't be posted, either

Needed a costume for an upcoming production of the 'Enchanted Bookshop' musical where they said, 'hey you, you're going to play Long John Silver.' I said great but there was suddenly a need to look like a pirate that was really more than a pirate and that made it difficult to make or find a costume until I discovered 'Yandy. ' They had the perfect getup and at a very reasonable price. It quickly shipped and arrived without incident and now I will bring Long John Silver to life. Thanks Yandy. You saved the day!
