I have never had any problems with YesAsia and I have been ordering from them for years. I use stand shipping which means I usually get my dvds from 1.5 weeks to 2 to three weeks but never as long as 30 days which they say it can take. The times I have used express shipping it has gotten here very quickly. The quality of the merchandise I have purchased has been excellent. They were even able to find me a used dvd of a title no longer available.

Had transaction with yesasia many times, quite smooth, only two times not good, first i didnt receive the parcel(be noted that there is no tracking if choosing normal delivery), instead of refund(actually not their faults), they redelivered the same items to me, so satisfied. Another time, i found a dvd not perfect(with crack but sealed), then they gave me voucher as compensation, so no complaint. Besides, all transaction were smooth, and found that yesasis is convenient, cuz i can buy korean version dvd from them without going to korea.

This is my second time ordering from YesAsia. It is my favorite place to purchase adult coloring books from Japan or Korea, which are normally very expensive. Although it took quite some time, which is understandable considering they are coming from halfway around the world, they eventually arrived in perfect condition. Meanwhile, customer service was there to talk to me whenever I had questions about where my product was. Sadly, one package got lost and never got to me, so they gave me credit in the amount I paid to YesASia and I was able to order the same coloring books again. Heres hoping that package makes it this time! I look forward to ordering more books with them in the future.

Horrible experience. Never again! I ordered one cd and one vinyl back in February, I understand we are experiencing pandemic and coronavirus but this company lied to me telling me that they had no problem shipping the same speed during the pandemic before I ordered which should arrived in 14 days. But after I ordered in February, now it's Mid june and I still didn't get the items nor their tracking is valid. So I wrote them many times to ask for solution or canceling the order and they straight out refused and already took my money. And ask me to wait for another month.

Great way to quickly make an early purchase for your desirable K-pop goods, such as the albums that come with a photo book and optionally a poster in a tube as well. Buying an album of YesAsia contributes to supporting the artist more than just streaming their songs, so I am very happy this option is available.
