Absolutely terrible store. NEVER EVER order from them. The hoodie I got was completely different from the one shown on the picture and was incredibly deceptive. WORST quality. There seems to be pretty decent reviews of Zaful on this site and this makes me VERY skeptical. This site is absolutely terrible. I'm inclined to believe some of these ratings they paid for. HORRIBLE COMPANY!
This is the worst online clothes company I have ever dealt with. Not only was the jacket I got awful quality, but it's been 5 months now since I returned it and I haven't gotten a refund. Every time I email I get the same kind of responses. I spent money returning the item so that's more money lost, this company basically stole my money and I'm very unhappy and frustrated.
My daughter accidentally put our old address when ordering a bathing suit. Their customer service uses polite words but they don't take any action toward helping customers. After 2 months going back and forth I am out the cost of the bathing suit and no bathing suit and all they can say is it's our fault and they consider giving me a few dollars in credit. No way am I ordering from this site again. They don't care to keep customers. Save yourself a big headache and them taking your money.

I had ordered a few tank tops, bikinis, and a jacket from Zaful. To be honest, I wouldn't recommend getting any winter clothes from Zaful. The jacket looked warm but when I received it, I was so disappointed with the quality. It was super thin and was more for appearance than functionality.
I would recommend Zaful for Spring and Summer wear since it's affordable. The bikinis and tank top were not bad at all and I wore the tank tops quite often.

I bought a jacket almost a month ago and according to an email I got, its been sitting in New Jersey for almost two weeks... no more updates, my package was supposedly just waiting at a UPS facility, however I just clicked the link they sent me again, and it has literally GONE BACKWARDS. Now it is saying that my package has just reached the "Destination Country". I spent $40 on this jacket and that is time and money I wont get back. Dont order from here.
Never received my order. I had to track it down and tell Zaful where it was. Was told the order was sent back to sender. Told them I wanted a refund instead of my order to be reshipped. Never received a refund. This order was placed in September and is yet to be resolved.
Do not buy from this company.
Also, don't fall for their rehearsed apologetic comment below this one once they reply. They won't resolve the issue like they say they will. I can assure.
Spent a couple hundred for some new clothes. Haven't even received my order and it's been 4 months! After I chose for express 7-14 day shipping. Terrible site, terrible business, terrible customer service. They hustled and took my money and don't even try to get my clothes to me and it's awful. Do not buy from them. They will take your money and you will not receive good business. Wouldn't even give me a refund.
Ironically their business is mainly selling thing online BUT they don´t take responsibility for getting the clothes to you. Funny! If you don´t the clothes, they just copy out, they say its the courier's fault and not theirs. Bad Bad service. Would never buy there again.
On the app, you can enter these giveaways, in which they clearly state in the description "We will select 3 winners and send them their favorite outfit". I was actually a selected winner, but instead of sending me an outfit, they sent a 10$ gift card, which cannot be used AT ALL. When you go to check out, it will only allow you to select one payment method (AKA either the gift card or your credit card), not both. This behavior is really sketchy on their part. I will say that the clothes I received were of decent quality, however, there are better shops to buy from. Would not recommend it.

ZAFUL is obfuscating return policies by advising that easy return and refund is possible, but hide deep in their terms and conditions that the return basically does not apply to any of the items they are selling. The quality of their swim wear is terrible and sizes are absolutely wrong. Very bad experience which hopefully others can avoid! Don't use the app or buy at ZAFUL at all!
I have already given a review to Zaful about the problem of not paying me back since my clothes never arrived, and they replied to me that they will pay me back and it will take 7-14 working days. It has been almost two months ago since they replied to me like that and still I haven't received anything. I have learnt my lesson to never order again from them, because they just don't care about costumers.
I was sent the wrong order.
Four months later the issue still hasn't been resolved and they will not return me my money.
I definitely liked the unusual styles the website displays, there are really some good brand reproductions and replica but i thinks that for the quality they offer, it is overpriced.
I really enjoy shopping on Zaful because of all the different styles of clothes and especially crop tops that they offer on the website. Managed to get free shipping because I ordered a bunch of clothes together and also got a free coupon. I think the quality is also pretty decent considering the price of each item, very worth shopping here if you are a student. The fashion styles are amazing. Would definitely buy from here again.
My daughter ordered a dress for an event. Cost was about $10 and shipping about $14.
Quickly the order went into the status "US Postal number assigned, waiting for package to come to US Post Office for shipping to customer". It stayed in this status a long time, and it became clear it would not come in time. We tried to cancel but then the item was sent to USPS the next day. The dress arrived (too late for the event). Plus we had tried to cancel.
We asked for a refund but were instead offered store credit for a future order.
We are currently arguing with them. (See UPDATE below).
Be sure to read their return policy VERY CAREFULLY before ordering.
Plus: dress price was OK, dress quality looks OK, customer service answers promptly
Minus: Shipping is slow, return/refund is complicated
UPDATE: Zaful refunded full price plus shipping. Very little argument was needed LOL. Actually, the customer service was quick and excellent.
I am satisfied with Zaful, and I frequently order stuff.
I always got my orders and didn't really have any issues, I like the quality of the clothes and lingerie.
Their sizing is all over the place and any of the clothes are poor quality. It took weeks to get them to send a return address (which is in another country and you have to pay for.) Even though the products were really poor quality, I had to pay £10 to send them back. Now they're claiming they haven't received the package and are refusing to refund. I've lost approximately £60 because of it and I'm definitely not the only person who has had this issue. Avoid at all costs and do not use, you will lose time and money.
Fistable i bought this 2 months ago and it was $100 worth, and they wantee to refund me 52 only, and they said that i never went to pick it up in my local office so it was destryed but it never even gor to my city, and i didn`t get any notifications of the package needing me to go pik it up. They even try to give me points so i could gain money, but i said no because i don`t want to spend my money in that site again
