They delivered defective product upon requesting and sending email also they didn't take it back

Poor services

I recently ordered a shoes pair from AJIO and I got disappointed with their service. The shoes was of very low quality. The sole was hard enough to pain the heel. I don't recommend to buy from them. 2 stars!

I recently purchased a t shirt from Ajio and the shirt I received was of third class quality. It's stuff was not good and it's threads was already loose. I don't recommend anyone to purchase from them.

My order no FN*******060 where i had ordered a black T.Shirt. They delivered a very different white one.
I asked to return and replace. But they have been dodging saying they need to verify and investigate how such a mistake happened!
That is their internal problem but they want the customer to wait till they find out how this happened!
Seems to be just an excuse.
It's sad because some of their products are good. The only thing is their customer service sucks.
If you get the right product the first time then good. But if you need to return it or exchange it then it will not happen.

One of the worst experiences I have ever had with the Ajio. That product is missing and they haven't delivered the product and haven't investigated on my issue and initiated refund also,

Ajio me se kabhi bhi kisi ko shopping nahi karni chahiye vo froud hai product retun le jate hai fir bhi refund nahi karte hai aese hi costmer ko sabko paresan karte hai 15/20 tak refund nahi karte hai apne paise use karke apni badi company chala raha hai

They are fraud. They send you wrong products and refused to return stating they sent the right product. Their customer care is pathetic and has no respect for customer. No matter how you explain your problem they will keep on repeating the same thing just like a machine answering your call. Do not buy from this website.

I have been a regulr customer of Ajio for few months. But lately, they sent me a complete wrong product. I tried to return multiple times but failed. I raised complaint also. Every time, they mentioned they have done the correct delivery. Please be aware of this web app. Looks like, once, you get a wrong product, just forget of returing or getting refund.

They doing only fraud
They didn't send my product and saying we have successfully delivered and as it's a prepaid product they neither delivered product nor refunded my money fake fake fake fake company just like 3rd class website who just taking money from innocent people

Very worst experience shopping on AJIO.COM, I insists and request the people to never shop with ajio because
1. They never deliver in time
2. They don't allow us to cancel the delayed shipment.
3. I booked the shoe on 5th Aug but the date of delivery changed 4times but not delivered even after 18 days
4. Even after raising the complaint they ask us to wait for one week time to deliver
5. Poor customer care response
I suggest the people not to shop on ajio.com it's waste of money, time and loss of patience

There is not a bigger cheat than Ajio. They simply want to mint money out of you without any customer service. They are big cheats. I ordered products worth rs 5000 but they delivered part of thd order and said the order has been delivered. I dont know if they didn't send or the deljvery boy goofed up but even after repeatedly saying that the product was nit delivered they closed the complaint. Donot ever buy from this site...

I struggled with my order with them, and my suspicion is more with the team - quality officer, all employees involved - may be not promoted or given increment BUT as a whole its AJIO which has become garbage as a brand.

I placed an order for Marc Lorie black heels, and what I received after much delay was a pair of crop tops. (i even asked them to check with their quality officer - the weight of what was sent to me and the courier weight as then it would be evident they sent me garbage).

I called the customer care and the agent asked me to create a return. Once the return was taken I received a mail stating the product did not belong to Ajio and was sent back, despite me raising that it was the same product that was sent. I again called back and this time the agent asked me to create a return again, and I did. So once I received the product I again sent it back. Again received the mail which said its not their product.

THIS HAPPENED AT LEAST 3 TIMES WHEN I FINALLY GAVE UP AS THEY HAVE NO SHAME.

No one is serious in Ajio and they are just making a fool out of customers. Neither they gave me a resolution nor gave me the refund.

Product- Chunky Heels with Braided Strap

I had ordered adidas shoe from AJIo luxe website and they sent totally different substandard shoe. Claimed refund as wrong product. Week later they mail me to tell that refund cannot be done as it failed quality check and was found to be a non AJIo product. I had called customer care multiple times as well as their grievance officer but all in vain. Even in national consumer helpline problem wasn't solved. Now the consumer court is the final option. Beware of this website.total fraud.

I am Amarnath, I have done order return pickup to collect AJIO application 3 times, but still not picked, it is postponing every time, not given proper response, it is the worst experience in my life, i will not go to again this app,

Worst Service.
Products are good but the service is very very poor. Without service we cant ahead for products I had a very bad experience with Ajio, actually I had place multiple orders with Ajio one of the product I thought to return and initiated return the agent who came for return pickup picked the order and he didn't scan the product so I asked him that he is why is he not scanning the tag, because I'm aware that once they scan the tag we will get update that product is picked and refund will be initiated, that agent said he will do it later and went away so I called support and informed them they said they will help on refund its been months and my refund is still not posted, The refund amount is only 1000rs don't know why ajio is not able to refund my single one thousand rupee and loose such a valuable customer, i had placed 100s of orders since years, even their service is too worst support agent are not trained/educated well they don't even have any surveys or feedbacks. Over all I can give 0.1 out of 10 star rating.
