Love their cloth, quality is some what good but compare to price it's not the best.
But I love their design and their service!
Shipping took 7 days I think it's because I order during the weekend but yea.
Other than that I love ZARA!

I bought an $80 blouse from Zara. Per the tiny print on the care instructions, washed it once in cold water and it shrunk at least 2 sizes. Talked to Zara reps and a supervisor several times. They insisted that I didn't follow the care instructions They said to wash in cold water. I did just that. Got NO HELP whatsoever. Loved the blouse. Just wanted another so that I could dry clean it next time. I had purchased several other products from them. I have never interacted with a company that acted so unreasonably! Cannot let this rest. They are SO WRONG.

The return label was there printed on the sticker, the invoice looked very nice. Everything was presented perfectly. Great online shopping experience.

Just got off the phone with two obnoxious Zara reps who huffed and puffed through my attempts to have them exchange a lovely brand new jacket that is still being sold online? What a load of bollocks... I remember when Zara used to be all about customer service and being able to be objective and use discretion but oh no... they are a bunch of robots who are inflexible! As much as I love Zara this will be my last purchase... you might win some but you just lost one!

So this was my first time ordering from Zara, and I am sooooo happy I did! :D. I ordered a 30$ pair of trousers, and it only took one day for them to ship. Then, only ONE day after they ship they arrive at my doorstep! Yaay :D. I love the pants, they're super cute, comfortable and affordable :). The website also has all the latest trends which I love :). The only thing that kind of bugs me is that they go out of stock quickly, but I can see why! Haha :). I will be ordering again soon!

I received a tunic as a gift from my husband. I went to the store to exchange it for a different size. The tunic was unworn with the tags attached, and they had the other size in stock, but refused to do the exchange without the receipt. My husband sent it to me and the following week I went to exchange the tunic. I was told that it had passed 30 days and they couldn't help me. I'm left with an ill fitting item that I'll now re-gift to a friend. This was the first time we purchased anything from zara and will absolutely be the last.

Zara's online shop launched in the US not too long ago. I used to love Zara but not living near one I decided to try their online shop. I did not order any clothing due to an aversion in needing to return items, but at time of review they offer free shipping in the US (with no minimum). I believe they offer free returns within 14 days as well but I did not deal with them in terms of returning items so I can't comment on how easy/hard it was. The item was shipped to me via Fed-Ex and it arrived very quickly. It was packaged very nicely and I was pleased!

Amazing! (I almost don't want to tell you about it, for fear I'd loose my own availability and awesome pricing!) I fear they will up their prices when word gets out about this brand!... Also, the site is wonderful, I don't even think I can say any other compares (and I'd say I'm somewhat a self-confessed web shop-a-holic, as of the past several years). Their photo quality of items is AMAZING, prices outstanding for the product, shipping, quality, style... everything! This is my newest found secret!... I'm thinking: Only until the word gets around!
