I have ordered Several pairs ogf glasses from this company and now they have to Remake a Second pair because they Screwed up. Manager of Customer Service, Yes u, is making me Return the Incorrect ones and Use my Rewards to Process the New one. What kind of hideous Customer Service treats their return customers like this? This will be my Last rodeo with these people. I guess its True u get what u Pay for but these werent even Cheap!

Ordered single vision glasses. Paid about 1/4 what local shops charge. Frames and lenses are every bit as good as $200-$300 eyewear sold by visionworks and pearl. Zenni is big on up selling. I passed on all the extras. They even try to sell eyeglass case for $6. Glasses arrived in eyeglass case in plastic mail bag. If you're looking for good quality no frills non designer eyeglasses, Zenni is a very good choice. Was referred by a friend who purchased eyeglasses from Zenni in the past.

Horrible experience

I uploaded my prescription, received my glasses and they were wrong. They did a remake and they were wrong again and I didn't even get my entire order.‍ They offered to do yet another remake. So frustrating. I just want my money back.

Don't waste your money!

I have been wearing glasses all of my life so my glasses are very important to me. I even took their suggestions to thin out my lenses. This company sent me two pair of glasses that had me looking like Dr. Magoo. Then when I returned them and included pictures of my current pair v the pair I bought from them. They swear they made them correctly when I know and showed them the standard I am use to. I don't wear glasses for play I truly need them to see but they didn't offer any suggestions or try to make it right. They wanted to keep %50 of my money regardless or offer a store credit. That I can't use if this is the highest quality services they offer. They should honestly not make glasses for people with high prescription knowing they don't have the ability to make them correctly. I wouldn't advise anyone that truly needs glasses to see to purchase from them. I feel robbed and taken advantage of. The return policy should be a red flag to all. Please don't spend your money with this company if you truly want to see and be stylish. They are a big scam. I'm so disappointed with their customer service and poor quality. I'm on a fixed budget but I really need my glasses to see so I invest in to them. Because they wouldn't refund my money I now have to wear an outdated pair because I can't afford to buy a pair I can actually wear until I save up enough to purchase a pair that I can actually be proud to wear. Please look into other options before spending your hard earned money with this money hungry company that offers poor quality lenses and don't truly care about the customers needs.

They sent me crap

Gave them my prescription as required. Selected "progressive" since that's what I have and want. The glasses that came were not progressive and, hence, useless to me. Kept chatting with their "support" for an hour to get money back, but they claimed I had applied for "single vision", a blatant lie or if it's something wrong with their shop. I was eventually offered a 50% refund minus shipping which I declined. I wanted all my money back. Don't use them.

I got my glasses and felt something wasn't right but assumed it was due to bad quality.
I went to an optometrist to check my eyesight and glasses. He confirmed my prescription but said the glasses have the wrong one (-2.00 instead of -2.25, and cylinder on both eyes! Which I don't have).
They refused to refund and blamed me for not contacting them within 30 days, as I could've known this was the issue by myself.
Stay away from them if you value your eyesight and money.

I ordered my prescription sunglasses here since I needed them in under a week and there are few places that could get me prescription sunglasses in that time. They had a wide selection, and the prices were really reasonable. Sheryl in customer service was very patient and reassuring to me that the sunglasses would get here in time, and they weren't lying. I got the sunglasses within 4 days of when I made the order, and the sunglasses are perfect. Definitely recommend, especially if you need prescription sunglasses quickly.

When I purchased my new glasses from Zenni, I was really happy. They arrived on time and to specification. UNFORTUNATLEY, 45 days later the lens of my rimless glasses cracked. I suspect it was the way the frame was connected to the arm. When I contacted customer service, they said it was too bad and as I was 14 days out of the warranty, I should just suck it up and buy a new pair!
On the other hand, I purchased a pair of rimless glasses from Lenscrafters (2 years ago). I went in for an eye test and asked them to service my glasses. They came back 30 minutes later and said that then connections were a bit loss and that they would replace the glasses under warranty! I didn't even ask!
Lesson learned = pay a little more and get better service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY - unless you don't mind buying lots of cheap glasses and throwing them away after 45 days?!?!

I am pleased with my everyday glasses and sunglasses but their safety glasses are junk! I went through 2 pair in just over a year! The 1st pair I dropped and they broke. The 2nd pair I was cleaning them and they broke. Both broke on the bottom of the frame. How are they supposed to protect my eyes if they break so easily?!

I've been an EyeBuyDirect customer for years and this time I wanted to give Zenni a try. I should've stuck with EyeBuyDirect. The frames that I received were very nice. The main issue I had problems with were being able to get the news letter to get 10% off. I had to contact Zenni on 3 different occasions. This shouldn't have had to happen. I believe their rewards were decent with the exception of only getting 10% off where EyeBuyDirect was offering 30% off AND Free Shipping. What Zenni doesn't share with you is that all their rewards are towards your next purchase. I even had to ask for free shipping but was told it's their policy to charge for shipping unless it's part of your rewards. I asked if their policy was more important than customer satisfaction. They eventually gave me free shipping. I'm not a free loader and my order cost in excess of $230.00. The rewards offers were towards your next purchase which they never stated and I should've just cancelled my orders. Too much of a hassle and the company not being up front with me. I really do like the frames and the quality is very nice. Probably will never order from Zenni again.

I have ordered Zenni for 5 years now I've never had a proublem with there glasses. As a fact I always love them. But there costumer care is crap. Don't text them those people are just rude. I did call the next day and had a lot better luck with the phone call. The fact that people can't get refunded there full amount credited back to there card is, to say the least, makes your brain just get a terrible attitude towards them. Lucky I did want to just trade them in but the thought of only 50% return if you just didn't like the glasses just pissed me off at them and the text witch is just that a witch..

I love the choices in frames, and the lens are correct. Don't pay the $19 to expedite. It still takes about 2 and 1/2 weeks to receive your glasses.

I bought a pair of glasses. USPS said it was delivered but it was not. I had to go to a eye glasses place here by home and buy a pair off the Because I didn't get the ZENNI OpTIcal glasses. I asked for my refund from Zenni and they said no. I don't need store credit because I will not buy off of them again.
So now I lost money because I don't need a replacement I bought a pair from Lens crafter.

ZENNI IS STEALING MY MONEY.

I have been getting glasses from Zenni for at least 5 years. I have about 7 pairs. Mostly OK. However, now Zenni has narrowed the frame width on many models, including the ones that I want to reorder, and kept the same model number. So now, the glasses that I want to replace are way too narrow and won't fit. So be sure to check the measurements, especially the frame width, when ordering or re-ordering. This is bad business and very misleading and I suspect many customers will be very upset when their glasses don't fit.

I ordered these strong looking sports glasses and they were fine for my once a week basketball game for six months. Then the frame started to go a little and one more not so hard pass from a teamate caused the lense to crack and a piece fell off. I am gratefull I didn't lose my eye. I contacted Zenni for an explantion and after 25 minutes on live chat (there's a 4 minute pause between each response) they wouldn't even issue a refund or replacement, they said they only have a 30 day warranty. After that, this kind of damage is expected, I guess. It's sad what low quality has reached and how little responsibillity is taken. I even paid more for "extra strong" lenses. This company deserves to be shut down by the government, but hopefully my review will prevent at least one person from getting injured.

I've purchased a few pair of glasses in the past and recently placed an order only to get them back and they were made wrong. After calling customer service I was told that I had made the error. Ok. I was advised by customer service to send a copy of my prescription which I did. And after conversing with customer service a few days later I was told that I would get a store credit which I chose because I needed the glasses to be remade all I had to do is pay shipping and handling. Today I received the new pair and they still seem wrong I can't see it's quite blurry. Tomorrow I am taking them to a professional to evaluate them to make sure that they were made to specs of my prescription. I will no longer rely on zenni to make anything right or maybe it's a miscommunication between foreign speaking customer service and me whichever it is I'm done. I have to put up more money to have them made correctly by someone else which is very daunting and frustrating.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. I bought a pair of prescription frames from them and only wore them a few times and they broke. They told me I could buy another frame and pop out the lenses from my prescription glasses and put them in myself. I did that. Those frames also broke after wearing only a few times. Third try same thing. I've never broken any glasses before and now I have broken three pairs from them. Inferior product. They do not stand behind their product. I do not recommend them.

I ordered 2 pair of eyeglasses and 1 pair of sunglasses. Per their website measurement process, I needed a size xs frame. I found this odd, but, went along with it because I did the measuring 3 times.
These 2 pair of eyeglasses look like I bought kids glasses for my adult self. They are hideous looking on my face.
The sunglasses I ordered bigger because the ones I liked only came in a bigger frame size. They are how the eyeglass frames should actually be.
So, I reached out to customer service, no biggie, mistakes happen. These people, multiple agents, argued with me saying I'd have to pay shipping again. For their error! RIDICULOUS! So, I asked instead for a full refund and I'd just order elsewhere. They do not agree to that, either.
So, now apparently I'm going to have to dispute it with my bank. Because this company will not admit to their own error
I will never order from this awful company again.

BAIT & SWITCH

I ordered prescription sunglasses on a Monday that I needed for vacation leaving 8 days later. Received my confirmation that I would have within 2 - 3 days. Waited 4 days, checked status - was "In Process". Called, and was told the same "in process" and someone from operations would reach out within 24 - 48 hours. Status still pending Monday a week later. Called, and chatted, and same thing "in process" and someone will contact you. THIS IS CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE that can't give any update other than what I could see online.
