Our home value has, according to Zillow, steadily decreased, while homes all around us have increased. Why? Who knows! I sent an e-mail to Zillow about this; they told me that they use "neural networks" to appraise homes. What BS! On our block alone, they have missed several homes that have been torn down and rebuilt to a much larger size. Houses in our area routinely sell for prices ~50% higher than shown on Zillow. Don't bother with this silly website.

1. I joined with Zillow months ago. Worked hard to get reviews from local clients and ones in other towns. They said to reachout to my clients and ask for reviews. This would move up my visability. I did what they said. Zillow took it upon themselves to throw out reviews at their own discretion. They even said I had so many that maybe I was paying my clients. Finally I still had enough to move me in 3rd place without tracking down the ones they threw away. They had no names to give me of the ones they disposed of so I could contact them. So, moving forward, now some of my reviews have disappered and has moved me way down the list. When I call Zillow, they said I cannot speak to the department that has the ultimate control on adding or subtracting reviews. I am so upset, this is very expensive advertising with very poor customer service.

We took a look at real estate agent Mathilde Riesgo on Zillow. https://www.zillow.com/profile/matilderiesgo/ We noticed that a particularly good review appeared shortly after a bad review. Five stars. Coincidentally, we knew USDirect 2000, the company that did the review. This company is also managed by Mathilde Riesgo. Brokerage firm and USDirect 2000 at the same address. We reported this fake to Zillow with evidence. No reaction,. Instead, our IP was banned by Zillow. We can therefore no longer access this page.
Upon closer examination, it looks as if numerous reviews of this broker could be fake.
Review 3 supposedly bought 2013 released 2020. 7 years later?
Review 4 allegedly bought 2018, released 2020. Both same day.
Review 5 purchased 2018, published 2020
Review 8 purchased 2016, published 2019
Review 9 purchased 2012, published 2019
Review 10, purchased 2012, published 2019
Review 11 purchased 2017, published 2019

Coincidentally released 11 and 12 on September 20,2019. Of course 5 stars throughout. No broker, no matter how good, consistently gets 5 stars.

So fake. And Zillow still supports that. I will use another provider from now on.

WASTE OF MONEY$$

First off, they don't screen the callers, you never know if they have an agent, no listings ever, only buyers, then they purchased Show Time, I had agents, yes agents using the make an appointment on the dashboard and two were agents, then I had a client, only got one lead the whole month of June, I could go on and on, horrible leads, over the top costs, I will be considering a law suit. Anyone want to join me?

If you pay the $29 after a few weeks your credit check and background check will not work so you can not submit a application to any rental you are interested in. Do not use their background check

Happy homeowners

I recently purchased a home in Killingly Ct. The real estate agent I worked with was Racheal Gifford and I was financed with a USDA loan through Fairway morgage company, The Danielson branch manager is Suzanne Mozzerlla. Both Racheal and Suzanne along with Dawn Place went above and beyond to help us get the house that we fell in love with. I would recommend anyone looking for a home in Northeastern Ct to give Racheal a call and ask to work with Suzanne. When we finally got the approval from USDA for our loan and I thanked Suzanne for all the hard work her team put in to make sure we got our home she told me "We don't give up" and I know first hand how true those words are.

I could not list my home and customer service was unresponsive. I submitted my home for sale, received the confirmation call, then nothing happened. Over a week went by with no response. Thankfully, Facebook Marketplace is a great way to reach potential buyers and my home sold without Zillow.

To look at property it's good but when you're interested in a property the realtor never gets back to you & when they do they don't know anything about it. You're shuffled back & forth!

"I have bought 6 homes and sold all of them. I can tell you, my last deal was a God sent. Ahmad has the skills, personality, esthousiasm and demonstrates from day one that he is very professional, respectful, genuine human being. He went above and beyond to make the deal a stress free experience. He is one of a kind. I was dealing with a lot of personal stress during this deal. He made it very easy and went far beyond my expectations. The experience was just as pleasant for the person buying the property as well.

Do not trust them

Guess what? You pay 29 dollars an application on zillow that you can use for 30 days, waste of money cause they allow to landlors to use their own application doc and of course you have pay again 30 to 50 dollars for every adult almost every time you apply for a place. Also the Zillow app and the website is a piece of sh... confusing, not organized, etc.
There is no guarantee that you will get an apart even when you have no issues, many people applied at the same time so there is a big chance of wasting your money on background check. They are supposed to take applicant by applicant so if no issues you can get the apartment but not, it is like a lottery.

#1: Zillow customer service sucks. When you can't talk to a live person, you know there is a problem. You are not able to talk to a live person - and in my case, one of the owners of the listings is a criminal and trying to steal my credit (OR maybe it's ZILLOW? Ponder on that one).
#2: I submitted my information via Zillow so I could easily apply. Turns out, one of the scum bag owners used my the information on my credit report to try to steal my credit. F-that. DO NOT USE ZILLOWS CREDIT APP. Most of the owners/listing agents know Zillow's is BS and they will use their own credit/background check. If someone wants to steal your information based on your credit report, they can list a property for rent, wait for people to apply and they've got all your info!
#3: as a Renter, I am not able to see what properties I automatically applied to. DO NOT GIVE ZILLOW YOUR CREDIT/BACKGROUND info. The property owner/lister now has access to that and can see all your credit information.
#4: I've called Zillow 3 times - its an emergency to me, but not to them. They're to G-damn cheap to hire live support reps.

Zillow: the owners are a bunch of cheap M-Fer's - Zillow sucks.

I am activitely looking for a home for the past 6 months and I use various apps in addition to using an agent to find homes. I have used Zillow dozens of times, with no luck and just frustration. When I see a home on Zillow I will find typos in the description, missing information, and the pictures don't show everything. For example, the past home showed a home with a shed but only 1/2 of the shed was in the pics. I looked for info but nothing was listed so I wasn't sure if it came with the home or if it was the neighbors home. I used the contact us form, which then started the text spamming that Zillow does over and over asking what I need. Well, that was the whole point in the form I thought. Then they said they have to talk to me. I text back and asked for more info on the home zoning and what the shed was. They responded back they must hear my voice to help me so I had to call or let them call me. I was hesitate because 2 times before when I reached out about other homes I got a Zillow rep that had no idea why I reached out, didn't have access to the form, and just wanted to forward me around to other people, and sell me on the idea of using them for loans. So I text back again and ask if they could just give me the info first and if I am interested I will call. They said they were not sure which home I was interested in and after hearing I was a real person via phone call they would forward me to an agent. I gave up. I have no idea why they use contact forms.

Cancelled my ad and account out of spite

Zillow cancelled a paid rental ad. They did not notify me or refund. When I protested cancelling a legitimate ad and demanded a refund, they refunded half the amount I paid and blocked my account for ALL my rentals. Believe they are god.

Zillow, Redfin, Realtor.com - Coming soon! For sale! We have been looking for over a year and every offer made failed because cash offer was accepted some of which were lower with one exception. Save everyone the heartache and note all listings as "CASH OFFERS ONLY "

Upon trying to review an agent who failed miserably in working as my listing agent It appears that Zillow is shielding this agent from some negative reviews. I submitted my review about a month ago and haven't received any feedback rather it was accepted or not. Chances are it was flagged since it rated the agent with one star and recommended against his services. It was an honest review of his overall lack of efforts and bad attitude towards us, his clients. I'll likely stop using Zillow all together. It likely won't affect them but I'll be satisfied by just not using them.

A simple search for my own address, yields 1050 results.
