$2500 a month for 1.5 leads a month. 4 actual leads and the rest should never have been transferred. Dog walkers looking for her clients, a dad checking to see if his son got a good deal on the house he bought, a guy from out of town who needed a tour guide, none of these should have qualified as "leads" each cost me $2500 - Run screaming and go get your own leads. One thought comes to mind "class action lawsuit"
Zillow emailed me back rejecting my honest review of a realtor I worked with. Turns out this realtor has nothing but 5 star reviews. This leads me to believe that reviews less than 5 stars are not posted in order to support the realtors. Highly unprofessional! I will also note these reviews were spread out over a long period of time. Likely many more were rejected.
Very very bad guy! Never trust them, The most of them can do, is to damage all your business! It's biggest $#*!ing $#*! business, why they are still alive?
My condo has been on the market for a few months. Zillow keeps reducing the number of views. Once it reached 400+, it was lowered to 200+. Once it got high again, Zillow lowered it to the 200s. This week, it was lowered to 171. I had another 20 views then the next day it was lowered to 181. It gives the false impression there is a lack of interest in the property. The Zestimate is inaccurate and lowers if you reduce your price. Unfortunately, many buyers rely on Zillow for research.
It's just like any other review site. They don't like bad reviews and will find a reason not to post them. They protect the businesses, in this case the realtors, not the customer.
If you put too much detail, which is often necessary to tell the story, they will say it doesn't comply with the guidelines. When you try to pin them down and ask, they are onerous, obstinate, and won't tell you why it doesn't comply with the guidelines or what needs to be taken out. Often, upon reading the guidelines, you find the review does comply.
The rules and guidelines also aren't applied consistently. I even had one review that got posted that I went back and edited to change a timeline. The edited version was rejected.

I spoke to Tammy today with a question about a loss of my home and declaring it for taxes. She couldn't find the property at first but with diehard presistence she located it and was so helpful! I would recccomend her to anyone in need of a home or selling one! She is the best.
My wife and I, along with her sisters recently experienced the death of their mother. They inherited the family home. We decided it would be best to sell it. We contacted Jamie Marcantonio at Signature Premier Properties. We found Jamie is a wonderful person to work with, and highly recommend her to anyone who decides to sell or purchase a home.
When we met with Jamie, she was not only on time, but a few minutes early. She already did background on homes nearby that were for sale or sold recently. She is honest and knowledgeable, gave us a true value for the home and worked with it. Running into a few bumps during the sale, Jamie handled everything without hesitation, and we knew we were in good hands. She was answering questions before we could ask them, always explaining what was going on and gave us updates often. We were in contract with a buyer within weeks and are just waiting now for a closing date.
When next, we find ourselves to be selling or upgrading we will reach out to Jamie Marcantonio without hesitation.
Contacted by 10 different realtors - endless phone calls and text messages all because I tried to book a home viewing.
Started a premium rental account with Zillow. After renting the property (on Apartments.com), a free subscription, I tried to cancel my Zillow subscription. There was no customer service option to speak with anyone. You can only leave a message. So after leaving several messages on their voicemail service. Still, no call back. I again attempted to deactivate my account on their portal, only to discover that my account has been disabled because of too many attempts to deactivate it. My only recourse was to contact my credit card company and cancel my card so as to stop any future attempts to charge another month of crappy service. My suggestion: Apartments.com. Zillow's customer service doesn't exist. And if you start a premium subscription, good luck cancelling it after you find a renter as it's like pulling teeth-painful and the teeth remains there.

Hey Folks. Ms Kate with Zillow in Green Cove Springs is absolutely AMAZING! She was very professional in showing the home I considered and declined due to location, but suggested alternatives in a manner that encouraged my pursuit further. Give That Woman Respect and Love!
I requested a showing after not being able to contact a realtor. The Zillow rep said they would call. They texted me and said they could contact anyone. I stated that I could not either which is why I contacted them. They kept saying they would call me back in an hour and half. I asked why? What would be different in an hour and a half. They did not answer that but kept pushing that they would call back. I stated that I did not want to waste my day. Very unprofessional and never got a call. Just a bunch on mind numbing texts.
DON'T waste your time or money advertising with Zillow. I hope America shut them down for their fraudulent activity. Zillow will allow unverified negative comments to be posted on their website if you choose not to pay for the disservice it offers. Zillow is the most untrustworthy site listed on the internet. Don't waste your time, money nor believe anything posted on ZILLOW website. Certainly don't turn to Zillow if you are looking to buy, sale or lease real property! ZILLOW SHOULD BE PERMANENTLY SHUT DOWN!
Zillow incorrectly lists my house as 2 different addresses, ignores a previous sale, removed the correct listing for sale, and has a $1 million difference between the incorrect listing and the correct one. Potential buyers are seeing incorrect info and a vastly under valued estimated home value. Their attempt at correcting has made things worse - they removed the correct listing for sale!
ZILLOW, ZILLOW, ZILLOW, SHAME ON YOU! Their suggested pricing on properties are beyound not accurate 95 % of the time... That's on the sale or buy side prices.
There rental rates they say are again not right either. NO nO No way! Totally scam... No wonder they just lost milions and millions of dollars od investors money, because they dont have a clue and believe thier own site! HA HA HA HA HA HA... Real estate is for Experts not amateurs AT ALL! Expecially one who's giving bad aprraisals adavice with no appraisal degree or schooling! I only have a short time. I was given 90 days to move I've been using zillow daily for the past 2 months to no avail. When I am able to get a message to them I leave my phone number in hopes someone will call me with an affordable place. So far just emails with places I can't afford I mean with 2000 and 3000 dollar rents who the hell can afford that. Yet every time I use there site I always enter the same filters. It's funny how the site has you set up a username and password to save but they don't save information about your needs. Often I get houses listed for sale believe me if I wasn't just starting my credit now I would buy. But sadly I can't get a loan. I just hope I don't end up homeless bad enough our landlord is putting us out. And please no negative responses here you don't know the whole situation and I hope you will never have to experience what our landlord is putting us through.
Zillow is one of the worst companies out there. They allow someone to post a review with wildly false and inaccurate information about someone with no way to verify the validity of the review. There is also no way to contact Zillow other than an 800 number where you have to leave a message and no one ever calls you back. It's left me no option other than the file a lawsuit against Zillow and it's executive leadership team for slander, libel and defamation of character. I would never use Zillow or trust any information posted on or by there sites.
I've sent in several website inquiries and have been calling multiple times per day everyday for the past two weeks, but it just goes to voice-mail. Zillow doesn't care about their customers.

Answer: All Zillow does is collect your information and when you stop paying or refuse to pay for awful service they send fraudulent trolls pretending to be a potential tenant, buyer, seller that provides no identification to post negative reviews! Zillow is a terrible website!
Answer: Why would you expect a call from the buyer. All buyers, if they want things done proper way, their lawyer/rep/realtor will call you. So, when you do a for sale by owner, you are saying, you don't have a lawyer to represent you, but the buyer will.
