I ordered a HD action cam going on 24 days ago I email them they send me to OMG cheap store, I email them they send me back to ZOKU. I've been running around for this long for something I paid twice as much as I've found other places selling for half the price and 3 business day guarantee delivery. Getting the run around and paying so much for something that cant be found. My next move is the B. B. B. I have everything emails, receipt of them taking my money from my bank immediately NEVER AGAIN with this company.

My Zoku quick pop maker sprung a leak while in the basement freezer, and the liquid oozed out making it unuseable. I took it out, cleaned the freezer, set the pop maker aside and basically forgot about it for months. One day, in cleaning the basement I noticed the Zoku maker shirting in its box and thought, "it wasn't cheap... I really should contact the company and see if they will do anything for me." I went online, filled out a form on their website stating what happened and basically forgot about it. Before they even responded by e-mail I came home to find that a brand new pop maker had been delivered to my home. Great company to deal with. Would not hesitate to buy their products.
