We monitor reviews for authenticity
I inadvertently made a duplicate purchase for the same deal. I emailed them immediately but go no response. I called but there are no live operators. I left a message but received no call back. Called again. Same story. Still waiting.
I would give them ZERO stars if I could. I learned about them after I started getting spam from them. Everyday, multiple emails. Whatevs, I figure I'l unsubscribe & be done. LOL if only. In order to unsubscribe (or communicate with them at all) I need an account - I don't have one because it's spam. Kinda shady, and also a violation of the CAN-SPAM act. I send them an email complaining about this, get something back saying it's all fixed. NOPE. Still get the emails. Complain on their facebook, get blocked. Still get the emails. Complain on twitter. Still get emails. And the thing is? THEIR "DEALS" are TERRIBLE. A quick search has consistently found the exact same deal cheaper somewhere else.

After I wrote I had trouble contacting them (or to be more accurate, getting them to respond) other people on this site started complaining about the same thing. I finally got a response by CC'ing my emails to as many people on their board I could find on various social platforms (linkedin, etc). It worked for me, it may work for you. Also, to the "Zozi I" account that has responded to almost every complaint with a snarky "If you are a real customer just call us" cut and paste comment: You are not doing your job. Clearly people HAVE tried to contact you on multiple occasions, but cannot get past your automated responses. By replying with a canned response - like you're doing here - you're demonstrating that you don't really give a damn about the issues people are having. Most of us - myself included - will be pretty forgiving of a new company's stumbles, as long as you actually communicate with us and hear what we're saying. How you've approached customer service is the opposite of this and it alienates people. It's up to you to fix this. Hire some more interns or something, because right now you're failing hard.
Recieved Zozi credits as a refund, but they took the Atlanta market down so now I can't use the credits in my local city. Horrible customer service.
Bought 3 vouchers in the past 3 months and had absolutely no problems using them or any issues with the experiences. It's unfortunate that people always take the time to complain but never to applaud great service. I will definitely be using ZOZI again and plan on buying one of their awesome getaways this week! I purchased a deal and was supposed to get a credit applied which would make my purchase half off the price. The credit was never applied and my card was charged the full amount. I wouldn't have purchased this deal at the full amount so I was not pleased. I figured it was just a technical error and emailed them to get it corrected. It's been a couple months and I have yet to receive a response. I have yet to try cashing in my vouchers. I certainly hope they at least work since it doesn't look like I will be getting my money back.

I bought some voucher from Zozi. They posted that their voucher was 100% guarantee a full refund. I could not redeem the vouchers because their vendor did not want to redeem them. Zozo never refunded my money instead gave me their zozi credits to buy other things from their website. Such a low life business. I did not have this kind of problem with other sites such as livingsocial etc

I read about a vacation package for 395 dolllars for an eight day trip to a resort, many resorts were listed, but it sounded too good to be true, so I looked up zozi reviews and found this page, decided to call the hotels to double check they would take the zozi offer, I've only called one resort so far, but they had not even heard of zozi? How do I know the hotel made a deal with this website if their front desk was not informed of this deal? Will call more hotels… but seems fishy.

Sometimes there can be downline communication failures.

This site has some really good outdoor related deals. It has a little better selection and quality than livingsocial or groupon. I am a snowboarder and I used a couple deals off this site last season. They had some really good lesson and rental packages I got for my wife...
We purchased a zozi weekend rock climbing tour and the guide no-showed without contacting us. We could not reschedule and the three of us emailed zozi. My girlfriend got a quick response and a refund along with zozi credit for $25. I didn't receive a response back for 10 days. I re-emailed and called and 2 days later I called again. 15 days later I finally re-emailed a seething complaint about service and they responded back with a cookie cutter refund apologizing for a completely different company. The representative's name was Allison C.
They didn't read any of the emails I sent, nor did they offer additional credit they extended to someone else, and they CLOSED the ticket so I couldn't respond to their cookie-cutter email about "zozi is devoted to a great experience blah blah".
Still waiting on refund, still waiting on reopening the ticket, and they sent me a link to review their service. Oh I will. Once you're done servicing me.

I purchased a package from Zozi.com to be redemmed at Perris host air Balloon adventures up in the air however the people Perris host air Balloon adventures up in the air say they can not locate my order and they are very rude and when I go to Zozi to deal with them they do not answer. I have send many emails and made several phone calls that have gone with out an answer. They never return my call and I would like to talk to someone to see what is going on with the $200 I have paid zozi for this adventure. No one responses no one wants to help out and this is bar far the worst experience I have had with any company online. Zozi's provides zero customer service and Perris host air Balloon adventures up in the air provides rude and unhelpful customer service and at the end I am unable to go n this ride because no one wants to take care of it. I would like to get my money back and no longer wish to use the services at Perris host air Balloon adventures up in the air
Same as the others. Bought an Intro to Polo Clinic - $113 Then whenever I called to make a reservation. Voicemail was full & couldn't leave a message or when I did leave one. No response. So lame. Total scam. Unless I get my money back ASAP I will repeat my story & urge every person reading it that DO NOT BUY FROM ZOZI.COM BECAUSE IT'S A RIP-OFF SCAM!
I had to file a complaint with the BBB over the company Zozi! Do not buy facebook deals by Zozi or use the Zozi vouchers from their website. I bought 4 deals from them and they said I will get a refund because the vender/merchant did not honor the vouchers. After 2 weeks no refund! All I got was a sorry and $20.00 Zozi credits. Please do not use them or you will get scammed like I did out of $100.00
Used their service and they are all backwards compared to other sites such as Groupon, GiltCity, etc. I will not be using their platform again.
We were contacted to run an ad in the Orlando area. We were told we had to sign an agreement by July 15 to have our ad run by July 20. On July 18, I contacted Zozi because we could not get the Orlando site to come up.On the 19th of July another representative finally answered our inquiry and informed us that the Orlando site will not be up for 3 to 4 weeks! They misrepresented the facts to get us to sign an agreement and keep us from using another company. We do not do business this way and will not be using Zozi!
I check out a few of the Vendors websites and found that the discounted price was greatly exaggerated. Check out the company website before commiting. Zozi' discounts aren't always as a deep as they seem

I purchased a Manhattan boat cruise for when I was visiting NYC and had the same experience. I was never able to reach anyone at the boat cruise and tried several times. I was charged for the cruise and got no response from Zozi when I contacted them to discuss the issue.
I purchased a Manhattan boat cruise on Zozi and when I went to the website to reserve my seat, there was no record of my purchase. I tried to call the number for the boat cruiseand the phone number listed was a non-working number. Once I realized that the deal was bogus I emailed Zozi for a refund, but received no response. I would not recommend this site to a friend and I certainly will not purchase any more deals from them.
This is a pretty new site. It's similar to Groupon but its mainly for adventure and travel. I'm always looking for something new to do outdoors so this will help minimize the amount of searching I do.
