I recently purchased cycle shoes online from Cambria bike and purchased the wrong size. Alan from Cambria helped me with the exchange which was super easy. I got my replacement shoes super quick! It was unfortunate that the replacements had a manufacturers defect but again Alan to the rescue! He not only replaced them quickly and free of charge but also checked that the replacements didn't have the same defect. Great company to work with!

I've bought several bikes over the years from BikesDirect, and generally they were all of good quality. However the latest has been a bit of a disappointment. The aluminum frame is fine but all the other "stainless steel" parts are very rusted, after only fourteen months. The spokes are particularly bad, but pretty much everything not aluminum is rusting. In contrast, a similar bike I purchased from them ten years ago has very little rust. Both bikes are stored inside and, being in southern California, neither see much weather. Customer service was not helpful either.

Ordered 6 weeks ago. Delivery was planned within 7-14 days. Since there no Bike for me. 3-4 Weeks later I asked about shipping. No valuable Feedback. 1 week later again mails to FLX. No feedback at all. Then a feedback that they have problems with shipping provider / carrier. Now again no feedback at all. Very bad experience. Don´t know if the company still exist or what the matter is. Don´t know what´s next. Started request at Paypal to reverse my order and get money back.

My bike showed up with some minor damage from shipping but soon as I let them know, their CS quickly reviewed and had an exchange shipping out the same day. Kudos and a big thanks to the BikeHighway team!

No longer just a fad promoted by Gary Fisher, it has become more of a reality and many forks including Fox are now designing for this larger ride. Who needs full suspension if you have 29er?

I ordered a kickstand for my bike, doesn't fit at all, tried contacting OEM and they absolutely wouldn't respond, for over a month, finally got ahold of someone, and they offered a $40 refund, when they were at fault! Absolutely do not do business with this company, completely a rip off!

Came into the Miles Board shop and met Thomas! Thomas was very helpful and nice! Just test drove all the electric bikes including the baby maker, bandit, and the weapon! The electric motor assist was incredible! They're all amazing bikes! Very nicely made and well built! I love the electric colors that they have for them as well. I could definitely see myself taking these out on the weekends or just riding around my neighborhood to a local trail. I will definitely be getting one of these bikes soon! I think the electric orange one is my favorite!

I really enjoyed riding my dahon visc D18 2015. This bike is made in EU and comes as high quality frame it has Kenda tires but the tires were poor quality. Another great feature of Dahon Visc D18 2015 has powerlink which is very useful removing the chain from the mechanism. The bike just folds within 10-15 seconds. I rode around 500 km's with my Dahon Visc 2015 model and I did not see any failure. I am giving 4 starts because DAHON factory moved to Asia and the model features designs have been changed I don't like that.

I'm afraid I can't recommend this bike for seniors or anyone. Bought the trike last year. It is very unstable my wife has tipped over on my wife 3 times. We took it on a long vacation and didn't get back until after the 90 day return had expired or I would have returned in. I reached out to Anywhere bikes for guidance in riding the bike but they were of no help. Even my kids and grand kids won't ride it. The slightest dip or slant where you are riding causes the bike to feel like it is going to fall over and wants to turn out of control. My wife won't ride it because she is now scared of it after it rolling over on her 3timed. It lucky she hasn't been seriously hurt. So now I'm stuck with it

While the layout and page design kind of sucks, this website does a fairly decent job showing users places in Illinois to bicycle. The purpose of the website is to sell the author's book, yet there is enough free content to keep the Illinois bike path enthusiast coming back for more. The author could make his site a lot better by coming up with a better layout, rounding out the multimedia with some YouTube videos, adding some social media like a forum or user profiles, and perhaps even having an in-browser game or two custom made.

Annoying shipping policy requires a signature. Worse return policy requires a restocking fee and return shipping paid. Customer service does not seem to truly understand and care about the impact of their ridiculous policies (much like the leadership of the state in which they are made). I will take my next bike purchase elsewhere.

I've ordered a helmet for EUR 345,-. They delivered different item, used, damaged, and dirty - with saliva on it. To return a package I had to spend my time and money delivering the package back, so I just lost $40 by ordering from them. Never again.

Just wanted to share my ongoing experience with bikesonline.com in case anyone was interested in their bikes. I purchased a Polygon Siskiu N7 due to the value and decent components, but I regret that decision so much right now. 1: Bike took 3 months to arrive with no updates throughout the process 2: Bike came in the INCORRECT size. I pulled the frame out and instantly noticed it was labeled "Size L" instead of "Size M". I emailed Support and they told me they had "manufacturing issues" where the incorrect stickers were placed on the wrong size frames and tried to assure me I had the correct frame size. Yeah- no thanks! I proceeded with the return process. 3: Bike was only taken out for inspection and was repackaged exactly the same way it came after discovering the bike was labeled with the incorrect size. 4: BikesOnline receives the bike and charges me $65 for damages due to "improper" packaging. The bike was packaged exactly how it came. 5: BikesOnline refuses to honor their "Free 14-day Returns" policy. Avoid BikesOnline at all costs. The whole process was, and continues to be, a nightmare!
