We stopped in at Toys R Us on Broadway in Vancouver today for our first baby purchases. One of the ladies there was very helpful giving us a complete run down on strollers and car seat combos. Surinder also gave us a list of baby items we will need and lots of good info. Overall a great experience

I had a hard time finding a 20" swim ring so late into the summer. They were relatively cheap and arrived quickly. Haven't had a chance to use them yet, but they seem very sturdy and likely to last beyond one summer (unless you have a very rambunctious swimmer!)

After ordering a toy for my grandson, I realized it was not in his age range after looking at the appropriate ages online again. I never opened the box – it was in its original packaging and sealed well. I requested a refund fully understanding I would have to pay the shipping costs. Several days later I received an email saying they were giving me a gift certificate because according to them, the toy had not been packaged properly, which again I never even opened. When I called the representative to see why I had not received my refund she told me her notes said the box was flimsy and the toy 'was destroyed'. I have no control over what UPS does with their packages during deliveries and the box was very sturdy. I believe this is a tactic/scam that Fat Brain uses so they can keep the money and it's their word against the consumers. Please be wary of this company – I will not be using them again, knowing they are taking advantage of their customers. Rebecca M.

I ordered a figure in march of 23 for a may 23 release, here it is January of 24 still haven't received it with no communication from them & no way to reach them. Their customer service is not working & can't find a phone number or email to use.

The store is extremely colourful and the staff was very helpful. I remember walking into the store and couldn't help to see how well organised everything was. I bought a Barbie for my niece and I must say that their prices are much cheaper and affordable compared to other toy stores. I highly recommend going to Colorland toys for the ultimate experience!

The real test of a company's integrity happens when there is a problem. I recently had some antique wind-up toys repaired at Randy's. When they were returned one was not working as it should. Long story short: I returned the toy; they made the repair and shipped it to me at no cost. Easy peasy!

It includes many of the popular, and even somewhat forgotten, toy lines that made people's childhoods so unique. Pictures and descriptions are provided for each toy line. As a knowledge base, finding that particular toy or toy line that faceted you as a kid is made easy. It certainly helped me rediscover a particular toy line my brother and I had forgotten in name, but knew by aesthetic. You can also purchase toys from the site. I bought 4 Masterpiece Transformers figures at this website. They gave me free shipping. Cheaper prices than on ebay and other competetive transformers sites like bigbadtoystore and agesthreeandup. Those other site are good too but Toy Dojo has lowest prices. They also do a great job with protective shipping. I paid $5 extra for extra packing inside the shipping box. But if you are only ordering one figure you probably don't need to pay for the extra padding.

Timbuktoys has some of the best educational toys that my kids don't even consider educational. It is hard to find something besides an ipad for the kids to play with these days but timbuktoys has a great selection and always speedy delivery.

My dog loves her GoDog toys and she has a lot of them. They are well made and durable. My only issue is that the toys that have braided arms should be stitched in. This is the second toy that within minutes of playing with it she has pulled the arms right through. She had a GoDog monkey that did the same thing. The dragons with chew guard technology really stand up to my Dogs rough play. They just need to come up with a better design for the toys that have braided arms.

We buy most of our holiday party supplies from UStoys as they have really low prices on all types of halloween and st patty's day supplies for our parties. The kids really enjoy dressing up and shipping on UStoys is always free too which is great.

What a rip off! - Do not order from this company - I ordered a toy cowboy gun set for my Grandson's birthday retail price of $27 - what they sent me did not match the description or picture at all - they sent a cheap plastic toy you'd buy at the gas station that might last your child a day! They did allow me to return it but with shipping both ways I have spent $17 for junk that I refused to keep. I am still trying to get my shipping refunded to no avail. Interesting -they no longer have this toy to sell.
