DON'T EVER USE DEBIT CARD ONLINE! Save all order related info. If you contact CS (thru email or chat), keep a copy *in writing*. Make sure they send you a copy of chat and, if not, use edit/select all/copy and paste into an email to yourself so you have proof. If you try & fail with CS, file a dispute with your CC company to get a refund, using proof mentioned above. Don't bother leaving reviews on sellers' sites. Review on independent sites. Look to YouTube to make repairs yourself.
