Though I am quite old, last more than two years I have spent in construction of my residential G+3 house building. I have first hand gained insight about architectural and structural design, labour contracts, all types of material purchase, supervision of civil works and interior fittings. My building is construction Seismic Zone II+ proof (moderate earthquake tremor 5 - 5.9 on Richter scale). Also, I believe have saved approx.20% of cost if the construction was given to a builder.
