Ordered my jersey a month ago. They sent me a tracking number that doesn't even work or have a link. I've emailed the seller several times. No response. His name is 'honest businessman' that should have been my clue to stay away.
What a piece of $#*! company. They're good with returning emails until it's time to return your money bc you didn't get your order then you can't get ahold of anyone.
This company is a total scam! I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered a Christmas gift for my son. We waited for over 2 months because we kept getting notifications that the item had been shipped. But they never provided a shipping or tracking number and we never received the item. Finally we got a refund through PayPal. I hope enough people complain that this company gets shut down before they are allowed to scam any more people out of their money.
I just received my jersey I purchased a few days ago read some reviews and was skeptical but my merchandise was derived and it was everything I expected to be and more can't speak upon other people's experience but the site is not a fake just some people are I was 100% satisfied with my purchase and we'll be doing business again soon
I just want to warn everyone from this company... First off I ordered a jersey on November 21st and I finally received in Jan 14th! Upon receiving the jersey has a few snags and the jersey is coming un-heemed. I emailed asking for assistance. The response I got was. It will take another 2 months to get you another jersey. I can pay you $8 to get it hemed up. We have had a lot of refunds we are not willing to refund... Hmm way to take care of a customer. I do not recommend these people this company. I will never buy from them again..
I waited for my order to be filled and shipped for approximately one month, the seller never progressed past confirmation that my payment was accepted. The only reason I gave ArtFire one star is bc of how promptly they refunded my money after I sent a refund request their way. I was actually surprised by the speed lol bc until this interaction, I would have sworn on a stack of bible's their contact info (email) was a complete fake. So, ONE STAR and I'd really only give them a half star if I could. Word of mouth advertising is the best advertising a company can get when it's positive. However, it can sink a company when it's negative. I will have nothing nice to say when asked about this "company" of scammers and swindlers. I'm only thankful I had enough sense to keep security on my money so it'll be coming back to me!

I have tried to email the address on my invoices, to no avail! It keeps coming back as an invalid address! I ordered a shirt Nov 28 and another Dec 5. Both orders said they would arrive prior to Christmas. You guessed it, still nothing!

I ordered a pullover in December and I have not received it I've reached out to them and still no response I'm really part I want my money back but don't know where to go to request that all I have is a email address and I've been sending email and all they send me is a feak tracking number that don't work
Been a month or more. Made sure I had plenty of time to get my order before Christmas. Ordered 4 weeks before Christmas. Still haven't received a tracking number. Was told 10 to 15 days. Welp I hope pay pal does their job.

Purchase a Dodger jersey never received. After 10 email and them sending me a bogus tracking number telling me it was shipped. I threaten to call my bank and report them they responded they will cancel the order and refund me my money.

Buyer beware! Never would I ever reccomend this company to my worst enemy. I ordered a football jersey 2 months ago and still no product, they will not refund my money. They are scam artist who steal your money. I have religiously emailed them and reported them to the BBB and they give me the same BS answer and some chinese shipping information. Save yourself the hassle and scroll past this website you will be very dissapointed! If negative stars were an option they would def fall in that catagory!

I order a Steelers gaiter scarf from here that was advertised as stitched... lol. It came and it looked like someone put it on a copy machine and made a copy of an emblem and put it on a pair of stockings and cut them. Lettering is blurred. No where is it stitched. This is the biggest piece of junk I have ever seen. And I waited a month for it.

Answer: Mine took a couple of weeks to ship, it was faulty so had to return it. I never saw my money again, it is pretty much your word against the sellers and ArtFire pretty much just sits back and says they have nothing to do with it. Don't buy from them, it's not worth the aggravation.
