I Signed up to be a seller just to see what is was all about. BIG mistake. First of all you can't even look around at your products before you have to buy. Etsy has a free level service that offers MORE tools that even this location's basic subscription. I purchased a subscription and went through about 3 hours worth of exploring and listen ONE item. ONE. I decided it wasn't for me. Traffic is awful, they take a larger % in fees than Etsy does and customer service is horrendous. I would NEVER recommend this dumpster fire to anyone. I tried to get a refund, but since I listed ONE item for a grand total of 8 minutes, I'm now out the cost of a subscription I won't even look at for 3 months. This is the WORST setup I've ever seen.
I ordered a Sterling Silver(92.5) ring from vikigreen, through ArtFire. I placed the order on Aug 19,2019. Received the product on 9/5/2019. Very prompt service. The Quality is first class. I provided a ring size. The fit is perfect. I am very impressed.
I am giving this vendor the highest marks. I would not hesitate to order again.

Wish I'd taken the time to read these reviews instead of giving Artfire a cent. I was a TOP 1% seller on Etsy- 3 mos on artfire and not a single sale. It's a ghost town. RUN.

There are so many website selling stuff online now a days and you can't tell who is behind each of those websites what their background and qualifications are. I don't have any direct experience with ArtFire but after reading the comments here, I have come to believe that it is a $#*!ty website that has pissed off so many people and therefore I am not going to stay on their site for another second. I clicked on the little X button on the top right corner.
In today's e-commerce environment being responsive to a customer's enquiry is a must. Responsive means getting back to the customer within say 24 hours.
I placed an order for a product that is apparently out of stock. Despite my waiting a few days, then sending an email and waiting some more, I discovered the unavailability purely by accident when, driven by frustration, I went clicking at everything in sight.
This kind of behavior leads one to believe a possible scam is afoot because it mirrors scammers techniques - Buyer BEWARE!
LADO on ArtFire is selling embroidery kits using my artwork without permission or a licensing agreement. Do not buy this product from ArtFire! Vivid Poppy and Vivid Peony DIY bead embroidery kits. I suppose this is just another twig on the fire, but every other review is right on the money. I wish I'd read it before I signed up. I tried to cancel the account about 10 minutes after signing up and realizing that the subscription tier that I'd bought had basically none of the advertised features. The pricing structure only becomes transparent AFTER you've signed up, so be ready for nasty surprises.
These guys have the most ridiculous cancellation process ever, and they don't actually follow up when you finally do cancel the account. The only way I was able to get the account canceled was to go through my credit card company and tell them to stop authorizing transactions from ArtFire.
This site is totally unfair, I have sent them 10 + messages to delete my profile and subscription, only today 3 days later finally. They charged me for a "promoted" item as a view/ pressure, which I didn't ask for it additional $32.00 to $35 subscription for a few days. What a waste of money for this greedy site! BE careful with them I would not recommend using this site!
Artfire double bills for initial selling accounts & bills for a $5 misc fee -
They offer a Free trial period & then immediately say there isn't one & charges your credit card for the selling fees.
I Literally NO traffic in an entire 2 week period! So decided that its not the selling platform for me... so I wanted to cancel - Thats a JOKE!
TRY to cancel your selling account & you get NO money refunded on what is suppose to be a free trial period.
So they double bill & get an extra $5 from me for NOTHING!

My son ordered a Julian Edelman jersey in February from a seller on Artfire. Shocker. It never showed up. My son learned a valuable lesson today about scammers on the internet and sketchy sites.
Tried to open an account to sell. My items NEVER downloaded. They quickly charged my 3 monthly payments via my Pay Pal for $15.00 REALLY? Calling now to get my money back. If they don't cooperate I will open a dispute with my bank and PayPal DO NOT become a seller Total Scammers
Ordered a product, the description said it would ship after a specified date, okay fine. Check back on it after that date and the seller was removed from the website. Contacted the seller, no response. Contacted Artfire customer service, stated I would have to take my dispute up with my credit card provider/ PayPal. In conclusion I never got my order and had to get a new credit card. Still have not been reimbursed by either party.

Do not purchase any jewelry from this site. I purchased a Cartier ring from merchant Alisa. Merchant sent me USPS number claiming my item was delivered. The item never arrived at my home. The merchant stopped package from arriving claiming incorrect address. When I contacted Alisa she claimed it was delivered. She then started my dispute is with USPS. No package was ever delivered. This was a complete scam. Dont trust Merchant Alisa. Do not purchase any jewelry from this Merchant. She will take your money and you will not receive your item.

I am having the same problem as a previous purchaser. Ordered an adult-sized jersey from a vendor in either Vietnam or Thailand. Received a child's jersey instead. Asked for either a refund or an adult-sized jersey. No response. Have a second order outstanding that I have heard nothing about. The vendor took my money, of course. Artfire thus far has done nothing to rectify the situation.
Answer: Mine took a couple of weeks to ship, it was faulty so had to return it. I never saw my money again, it is pretty much your word against the sellers and ArtFire pretty much just sits back and says they have nothing to do with it. Don't buy from them, it's not worth the aggravation.
