My grill never arrived, Instead I got a

I was so happy when my tracking number said that my product was sitting on my front porch, only to find a plastic, flat, black envelope... clearly that was not my barbecue grill BUT the tracking number matched. I contacted Artfire via email and got a canned response with absolutely no help from them. After a fight with PayPal I finally got my money back but even that was a struggle.
Artfire's best response was to contact the shop, DUH! That's where I tried first only to find out that the email address was no longer valid (see pics).
What's strange is that when I first made the purchase my confirmation came back with a Chinese logo also noted in my photographs below; all other emails I recieved during the weeks I waited were from "Rahshop". All I can say is there's a lot of scams out there (foreign scams seem to be on the rise) and if companies like Artfire aren't going to "back" their vendors sales and allow customers to be scammed then I'm going to be smart and never order through them again because clearly they don't care about the customers.
As much as I want to support small business I'm afraid I need to Protect myself from being scammed in the future and I will shop at Amazon, locally, eBay and through the large well known companies direct.
Buyer beware.

I bought an air compressor and the address was incorrect. I contacted Artfire and the answer one week later was to contact the actual seller. I did, with no answer. I contacted Artfire again and the answer one week later was to do a claim on Pay Pal. As you can ser they are just the worst nightmare
Such a scam and shady site they charge u but never ensure u received your items or even a response from their seller. SCAM stay away from this site!
If you use this site, contact the seller first. If the seller doesn't respond I wouldn't make the purchase. I made a purchase on June 26,2021 and after 35 days still nothing. The seller has disappeared from the site altogether. I disputed the payment with PayPal and they instantly resolved the issue in my favor.
I ORDERED THE EXPRESSO MACHINE FOR $94.99. I PAID WITH PAYPAL AND NEXT DAY I RECEIVED EMAIL FOR ORDER CONFIRMATION NUMBER.

I TRACKED ON USPS.COM AND IT SHOWN WAS DELIVERED AT MY TOWN BUT I NEVER RECEIVED ANY PACKAGE.
FROM MY EXPERIENCE USPS FIRST CLASS MAIL ALLOWS 16 ONCE PACKAGE WEIGHT AND THE EXPRESSO MACHINE AFTER I SEARCHED ON WEBSITE IS AT LEAST 12 LBS PLUS PACKING.
SO CALLED PAYPAL AND EXPLAINED THE SITUATION ABOUT THIS SCAMS AND I GOT REFUNDED RIGHT AWAY.
WHAT THEY DO THEY SHIP SMALL PACKAGE AND PICK ANY ADDRESS IN YOUR TOWN TO PROOF TO PAYPAL THAT ITEM HAS BEEN DELIVERED SO THE PAYPAL WILL CLOSE THE CASE. AFTER THAT GOODLUCK FINDING. I TRIED TO EMAIL THEM AND NO ANSWER.

Artfire takes no responsibility and sellers on their site will rip you off! They take forever to respond back, and pretty much tell you to take it up with your bank. This is who ripped me off and ofcourse they are no longer on tgeir web site, you would think they would contact the seller and make it right since they charge the seller for being on their page.
I purchased an item on June 28,2021. I never received the item. I have extensive documentation that the vendor never replied to 3 emails. Finally my last email was rejected as undeliverable. The ARTFIRE account for the vendor was not recognized.
I filed a complaint to PayPal who rejected my claim as PayPal informed me that a USPS tracking number was provided showing it was delivered.
The tracking number showed tha the ARTFIRE vendor used AMAZON, who I contacted, but they would not investigate because the vendor was paid not AMAZON!
I receive a daily email from the USPS showing all deliveries and it was never reported, yet the vendor must have someway of hacking into USPS.
This is a write off for me and shame on AMAZON for letting a bogus vendor from China use their company to commit fraud.
I usually check reviews for an unknown vendor and if I had, I would have never purchased from this site.

I purchased a computer from a seller on the site and I never received it and it took about a month to get my money back never purchase anything from the site
If I could give them negative stars I would. I am SO frustrated. I ordered an AC unit OVER A MONTH AGO and have heard NOTHING! They are impossible to get ahold of. I'm convinced this is not even a legit business- IT NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!
Made a purchase from a so called reputable seller with many items at just below (reasonably) or with free shipping and they cover taxes. I got four fairly timed emails from them with updates on shipping, they were from what seemed to be an out the the normal shipping address with very slow tracking (the shipping company is Ship24 out of china) which finally gave a confirmed delivery to a P. O. Box in Honolulu, Hawaii. I would advise not to use ArtFire for online purchases and I apologize to the legitimate companies that may be on there.
This website is ATROCIOUS. BUYER BEWARE! There is absolutely no customer support or customer service. You will regret purchasing anything from this site- in the likely event you fail to receive whatever you order and pay for, you will be directed to open a dispute/file a complaint with PayPal or your credit card company.
I inadvertently stumbled upon this website while shopping for something. Website looked nice and I was intrigued. Liked the idea of buying from small, individual sellers. Made a purchase 3 weeks ago, paid immediately, and never heard another word despite chasing the seller AND chasing Artfire repeatedly for the past two weeks. I have received no response from the seller and nothing but computer generated form email responses from Artfire. Hoping to save someone else the time wasting aggravation I have endured.
There are too many legitimate websites to waste time with Artfire. Wish I had read customer reviews before purchasing anything from this website. Proceed with extreme caution.
I ordered a coffee maker from a seller for 99.00, with the grinder and pressure bar in it. I paid through palypal, I have tried reaching out to the seller and his email is no longer active, Paypal said it was delivered the next day and sent me a tracking number. The tracking information states that it was one pound. I know the coffee maker i ordered was not one pound and nor could have been delivered the next day. Several attempts to payapl and with no luck, i emailed artfire, who tols me to contact paypal, so basically they stole my money. The worst company ever, do not buy from them!

When something sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I ordered a toddler Hot Wheel bed for $99 off this site. Never received anything. When I reported through PayPal to get my money back they sent them a tracking number, which shows an item was delivered (which it wasnt) the package showed 16lbs. Those beds weigh wayyyy more than that! Total scam! I hope PayPal gives me my money back and f this site forreal!
Never hear back from the vendor 2xs. Also come to find out that if I had recieved my package it would have been wrong anyway.
This company needs to be shut down, I ordered two sheds and heard nothing after i got sent email they got my order and money weeks and weeks still no tracking number i contact seller he would not return to any of my messages.and i found on the sight were he couldn't be found and I try to go through customer service.no number no support line. Nothing. I wish I known of this feed back page. I never would have trusted them.
Beware everyone. Stay clear of these crooks. They will rob you blind. I ordered a jbl party box 300 for $99. After several attempts to obtain a tracking number. They finally gave me 1 weeks later. Then I finally received what they sent me was a package of Corona mask. Lol... obviously I disputed it with paypal.(thank god for buyers protection). So I thought. Paypal investigated it. And weeks later it was ruled in my favor. And there was no further action required. But to my surprise. The charge magically resurfaced under my account. (the nerve of these people). The sellers disputed and said that I got what I ordered. Wow. What a scam. You would think that these people would run for the hills and hide. But I was wrong. These people should be jailed.DO NOT BUY FROM ART FIRE... IT IS A BUNCH OF CROOKS!
Answer: Mine took a couple of weeks to ship, it was faulty so had to return it. I never saw my money again, it is pretty much your word against the sellers and ArtFire pretty much just sits back and says they have nothing to do with it. Don't buy from them, it's not worth the aggravation.
