Tried to purchase a TV. Entered my credit card and personal information. Kept saying zip code isn't valid. Then I checked my credit card online account and I had 13 charges made by storenvy. STAY AWAY from this site!
It's like EBay, it depends who you buy from!
You're best bet is to look at reviews from the actual store seller.
And I can't believe you have to pay a fee to Storenvy for some Customer Service bull$#*!! That's ridiculous! It's a small fee but it doesn't matter! What other site does that?
My experience was awful... I wish I checked reviews. My daughter needed a dress for her winter ball... FIRST BIG EVENT in highschool. She pulled it up and it appeared to be a normal site. We did get a dress resembling the picture but the fabric was hard and the dress 'specks' were all off... we ordered a size 2 and received an email asking for specific measurements. I am familiar with how to take proper measurements and even added additional ones as a precaution. The dress is too big in the bust( we are aproximately the same size only she has a much smaller cup size 32A vs 32DD) and I is big on me! Big, as in, GAPING OUT! The torso is too long and makes the fabric fold at the neck. The two front pieces of the dress are so narrow that it would cause mega side-boob even if it fit properly. I have taken to 3 different seamstress', to which they all say the same thing..."this is a mess, I have to dismantle and have nowhere to take extra fabric from" I could go on and on. Their basic response is" Hello Dear... blah blah blah, not their fault, etc" Every email is " Hello Dear"... ugh just a terrible experience
$180.00 plus shipping... WASTED.
I made an order to Scary Apparel, they took my money within minutes, and they never mailed out my order, Its been a month, and Ive never received my package. I've emailed them and DM them and they never responded, Buyer Beware, Scary Apparel on Store Envy are scammers.
No good i went on images found a nice dress this is what it said: Cute black lace satin long modest prom dress for teens, two pieces prom dress with sleeves but when i search it on this website nothing comes up
I order two items totaling $90 through Storenvy/iamackbear and more than three weeks later I have not received my items, a reply email or update on status. They were quick to take my money and not so quick to supply the items I ordered for my child. Total scam! If you order from them be prepared to be disappointed. I would give them 0 stars but that is not an option. They SUCK!
I love this site so much. I have ordered multiple things from here and they always reply fast when I have any concerns. Everything is completely affordable. When my package arrived I was so surprised at how great the quality was! The owner juliet was so sweet in helping me which size to pick. Shipping was fast and I shop here anytime I need anything classy.
I ordered a prom dress I fell in love with on pinterest and ordered it from Storenvy. It was the worst experience I've ever had shopping online. The dress was made so cheaply and did NOT resemble the photos. I sent in my custom measurements and the dress was at least two sizes too big. I sat down in tears because my dress was so ugly and I would spend my prom day feeling self conscious instead of having a great time in a beautiful gown. I wouldn't wish that on anyone. Plus, the customer service on this site is the absolute worst. I asked for more lace material so I could make my dress more like the image and they only responded to ask what kind of lace I wanted when my dress had only the top portion of lace so there wasn't any other type of lace! This website is run by scamming business people who don't care about anything but making money. If I could review with zero stars, I would. Do. Not. Waste. Your. Time. Or. Money. Please. I spend a good amount of money for a prom dress that looked like it was made for $25.
Do not order from this Company. I ordered fly fishing boutonnieres through Blue Spruce Fly Company for a wedding. Never received and no refund. I will be filing a dispute through my bank and through the Better Business Bureau. How can you take people's money? I finally got my refund!
I purchased a dress from The Vintage Crown for my daughter more than 40 days ago. Around day 20, allowing for processing and shipping, I started contacting the store for updates. I was given numerous excuses, after many emails, as to why I had not received my order, but never shipping details. Today in my frustration, I stated I guess it was time to contact the bank for fraud on my account and BBB. I received a response this evening (too bad I cannot share a screenshot) from the store owner claiming she intended to ship Monday. I was promised the order by end of July just last week... interesting.
Here is the text from the email:
" Haha that's laughable honestly. Thankfully your package want shipping until Monday so I was able to cancel and refund you. I'm happy to show the BBB your refund. Haha thanks! "
Avoid Squishy Noodle. She says she has a disclaimer on her site about wait time. Okay-- 1-2 weeks-- okay. I placed an order for my daughter's birthday; I placed the order TWO months in advance. Needless to say, my child never received the birthday gift she SO wanted. She did refund the money, but she also sent emails saying the items shipped when clearly they never did. I have no clue what the deal is. My daughter loves the site and products, but I will not allow her to order from Squishy Noodle again.
I loved my tent. There was a hiccup with shipping but the customer service at Todaystec.storenvy.com was very good they helped me get what I needed and the tent was amazing and a big hit at the party! Thank you Todaystec.storenvy.com
I ordered vinyls from
upyournail.storenvy.com spent my money on items never received. Sent a email got a response with the words I've sent another out to you and no items no refund. Thank you upyournail.storenvy.com for tricking me out of my hard earned money!

4 weeks later item didn't ship, 2 emails to the store, 1 email to storenvy, still not item and no follow up. Storenvy is probably a good place for scammers to set up fake sites that pull in small amounts of cash that would generally go unnoticed.
My opinion is by my personal experience with this site. It's run by regular people like you and me.
I've only had a couple issues in my years of shopping on the site.
Like any site, you could get scammed or the seller just not send your item that you paid for--whatever.
But it's worth a try. Just look at the reviews of the shop before you buy!
I purchased earrings may 9th. I inquired twice on her instagram page. I had a feeling something was wrong. Nothing should take over 30 days to receive. I looked tonight no instagram and no store envy page anymore And no refund! Took my money. I won't buy next time until I get all my information written down From the seller.
I'm usually not the type of person to do this but, I was recently scammed by the store "Anejo Jewelry". I ordered three men's bracelets from this store over a week ago, and 1) I still haven't received my order 2) The store hasn't sent me a tracking number 3) The store refuses to acknowledge my numerous emails sent in regarding the status of my order 4) Upon further investigation seems to be using pictures stolen from google and passing them off as their products. I recently sent an email to the store envy support team, and I'll post an update on this whole situation in a few days. In my opinion The store envy support team needs enforce stricter policies when it comes to store owners shipping products. Store owners should be required to: send tracking info, be over the age of 18, and ship the product within at least 2 days time. Stay away from Anejo Jewelry, they will take your money and leave you in the dark about the status of your order! Don't buy from http://www.storenvy.com/stores/*******-anejo-jewelry
They do not write back
They do not respond to your emails
Have you in limbo
Take your money and do not send your product
I'm a single mom who works 3 jobs. I ordered boots for my daughter and NEVER received them. Sent numerous emails to NO avail
Have had trouble getting a refund for a frauhdulent purchase, store envy and Stripe, poor business practices, don't trust or believe what they say, which is only to blame or pass blame to each other.
Answer: No! Please stay far away from this site.
Answer: Honestly, I'm very surprised by these reviews too. We have over 100,000 store owners, so I suppose there are bound to be some people who didn't have a great experience. But we certainly have a lot of successful, loyal merchants.
Answer: Just like Etsy or Amazon, Storenvy isn't a single seller, it's a site featuring shops hosted by a network of different sellers. My advice would be to check out the information on the page of the particular seller you're looking at. Look at their feedback and their shipping timelines, and that should give you a better idea of what to expect. Most of the sellers there are fantastic, but it's always best to do research before buying from a new person :)
Answer: Its not "technically" a scam, its just a website with a bunch of people who put up stores. The problem is many of those people are not good at running a business (and the individual store owners might be scams or might not be) and the company "storeenvy" takes no responsibility for their actions. You will have better luck on EBAY or AMAZON because there is buyer protection and actual customer support. StoreEnvy is not a 'scam', they just suck.
Answer: Each seller is independent within the site. I never got a response from Storenvy customer service, so Paypal refunded my $. So you take your chances. Ebay will refund if the item is not as described or pictured. Also look at where the item ships from, if it's China, it could take 2 weeks and more.
Answer: Your best bet is to pay close attention to the reviews for the seller. Much like Amazon or Etsy or eBay, each seller is responsible for their store and the things they sell in it - which means some things are going to be fabulous and some won't be. So check the reviews and make sure you know that the seller you're trying has a solid reputation with their buyers and consistently delivers a good quality product.
Answer: Nope i wouldn't do it... the whole site is fraud. Myself and a few other people are in pursuit of getting our money back.
