Did anyone purchase the A-Line/Princess Straps Sleeveless Beading Floor-length Chiffon Dresses and was it one of the 10% that actually turned out good? As soon as I bought it, I found this website and freaked out. Within 5 minutes of placing my order, I emailed them because they claim to have a 100% money back with in 6 hours of placing the order. Just to make sure, I sent three but no reply yet.

They did not ship me the correct dress. There is NO customer service. I do not have much hope to offer you.

Did the dress ship yet? If not contact your credit card company and see if you can stop it from going through. If it has been sent then they will not refund your money. I promise the dress you receive will not look like the picture and it will probably not me the right size. PromDiary.com is a rip off. I hope you can get your order canceled and get your money before it is sent. They have a chat now that you might be able to try and cancel your order. Your best bet is probably going through you credit card. Hope this helps some.

If you purchased it on your credit card, call the bank and have them dispute the charges.
