I ordered a dress for my dtr on 3/15/2015. I immediately received a emailed receipt that said my order was submitted and I would receive it in 15-21 days. I emailed them that day and asked about tracking, and they emailed me back the next day saying I would get it by 3/30/2015, which I did. The 3 stars is because I gave specific measurements for the dress, and the dress was way too big for my dtr, and material wasn't cut so clean. Some trimming had rugged ends and loose threads. I had to pay to get it altered, but it was beautiful in the end.

My daughter ordered a dress for a school formal. When it arrived the seam running down the front of the dress was crooked and puckered. The boning had a permanent bend in it that could not be straightened. I contacted them within the 7 days of receipt of the dress, with clear photos attached, only to be told 1st time, They couldn't see anything wrong with the dress. 2nd time, that we should accept "subtle errors", 3rd time, to take it to a tailor and they would pay half to fix it, 4th time, "Nothing wrong" again, 5th time, they offered us 15% compensation, 6th time "Nothing wrong" again. I am now up to about 60 emails and intend to keep annoying them and spreading bad reviews everywhere I can. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

I ordered a beautiful dress that had a picture of a Sherri Hill prom dress on their website. I was expecting it to look fairly similar to the original. I was so excited when it came to my house earlier than expected, but was horrified when I saw how different it was. I immediately emailed them to try to return it, and I got back a barely legible email saying to send pictures of the dress, I did and I clearly stated all the differences in the dress I got than from the picture on their website. However, I got back and email saying the dress "was the right style as shown on the website." I could not return the dress, they were extremely unreasonable, and the dress was horribly ugly. Whatever you do, PLEASE DO NOT BUY A DRESS FROM HERE.

My friend bought a dress from this site and was really excited about it, when it came in the mail she was practically in tears over how awful it was. The site displays beautiful dresses and sells them cheap because they're cheap knock offs, don't get lured in by the low prices. When my friend tried to return it they were rude and unhelpful and very unreasonable. The material was wrong, the beading was wrong, the color was wrong, the hem and neckline. Everything was wrong and if i could give this site a negative rating, I would. DONT BUY YOUR DRESS HERE EVER!

#1 double billed had to get that fixed. #2 terrible customer service from "jelly". #3 took forever and wasn't sure it would arrive in time for prom night. We were freaking out! #4 disappointed daughter when the dress didn't look like dress ordered. #5 disappointed mom when I had to pay as much for alteration as I paid for the dress! (Front sewn wrong wouldn't lay flat, beading looks like kids did it as some were falling off, every part of dress was altered-shoulders, front, waist, bottom and the beaded collar was buckled so they had to un-bead it, fix it and re-bead. I will never order a dress online again! And NOT from this place which ALSO go by different website names! Lesson learned! Go to brick and mortar store! Will try and post pics too.

Disappointed beyond measure

I paid extra for overnight delivery, ordered the dress as shown-Black. It came and it was purple. I contacted Promdiary the day of delivery so that they could fix the issue. They asked me to take it some where and have it dyed. They had more than enough time to ship the right color. Needless to say, my stepdaughter had to use a dress that was the signature color of her rival school, this also was relayed to Promdiary. The dress didn't fit, I spent 8 hours hemming and altering. I asked Promdiary to refund 50% of the cost of the dress and they just keep giving me script answers. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL REGRET IT! THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL!

My daughter ordered a dress that costs US$189 with shipping for her senior prom. It was way different from the measurements sent (would not even zip up and about 1 foot too long). The dress absolutely did not match what was shown in their website's pictures (different shaped breast cups, not lace straps, with dark colored netting instead of open). The quality was terrible (crooked seams, cheap plastic reflecting discs versus lace, bulging netting). They would not supply a return shipping address and RMA #. They would not refund the credit card. They would not initially accept a return and only offered a 10% refund which never came. Finally they indicated that if the dress was returned at our cost then the most they would refund would be 50%. I am sure if we shipped it back to China for $40 then we would never get the 50% either. Buyer BEWARE! Do NOT order from PromDiary.com!

I placed my order with plenty of time to receive dress. Now, two days before Prom, the dress has not been received. I "live chatted" w/ a customer representative who informed me that my order had "failed". Poor business practice in play here -- no phone call, no email, no snail mail indicating that there was a problem with my order -- even though they had access to all means by which to contact me. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
