Do not order from PromDairy. Do yourself a favor and save your money. They don't send the size you order and the quality is poor. I have been fighting with them for a month and a half to even get 50% of my money. They want to give me anywhere from 5-20%. I they say I have to return the dress to them which will cost $100 since they are in China to receive 50%! They site says complete satisfaction which is far from the truth!

No not at all! Do not buy from them. We are out 180$ because they sent us a horrible dress and would not return it. The dress was cheaply made and they do not provide a phone number email only. That shows that they are shady.

Their gowns usually comes in 2 to 3 weeks but they don't fit and they will give you the run around about a refund. They want even let you exchange the gown for a replacement gown. Try Fabvogue for A nice gown their gowns fit and are they are prompt on delivering.

No! I was told it would be there in 1 week it came in 4 weeks and was nothing like the picture online and they would not let me return it for full price!

NO. Do not do business with them

Our dress was as bad as you could think. We ordered pearl pink and the dress was orange. The material looked nothing like the dress in the picture and it was 160.00. International shipping charges push the price up even more. You can purchase a much nicer dress from any number of dress shops and see what you are getting for the same amount of money. They do NOT refund no matter what their policy says.

Promdiary has bad business practices. I have been going back and forth with this company since April, trying to get a refund for there flawed product. They are the shadiest company I have ever dealt with. I would never recommend their company to anyone.

On my part i was worried bc my dress came in a few days before prom but i was satisfied with my dress i guess it just depends if you wanna take the chance

I wouldn't recommend it if you haven't purchased it yet. If you have purchased, I wouldn't worry about it because it's not as bad as you think (but it's not great either)
