Great service and support and fast, secure shipping
Products are shipped always right away and I was notified of when it should arrive. All products are in perfect condition when received.
I did not order what was sent but told it was my fault. Will NEVER do business with this company again.
The replacement Phillips DreamWear Nasal Cushions they sell are more durable, eg hold their shape longer (12 days vs 8 days by my analysis), and are more comfortable for me, eg the thin, lower center part of the cushion is a little thicker & fits more comfortably against my nose. And, on top of being a better designed & built product, they are cheaper!

The unit sent did not work as stated. When I emailed support, they replied that the right part was sent and it would work. Clearly this was wrong as it DID NOT WORK. I had to buy an off brand from the large online vendor. It worked perfectly.
Very smooth transition. I sent my prescription in and received notification that it was received and in process for shipping and there was no issues whatsoever with shipping.

It keeps getting delayed I never got it and they don't know when I might get it so with that being said I might not ever get it I'm really not sure if I ordered from the right place or not

After a bit of research to find a reliable machine, it was 1-800 that came through for me. Thank you. We moved to another state and the health care resources here suck. Since my machine died on me, it was not an option to wait 6 months to a year for a new doctor in this god-forsaken political regime that has ruined our health care system. They saved me.

Was sent wrong CPAP Parts for Nose. Why would my order of my mask and air pillows be two separate and different styles and sizes? Called CS and waited way tooo long on hold... it wasn't worth the effort of my time to be wasted for 50 bucks to return or exchange these. I'll use someone else next time.
The small plastic piece that attaches to the mask goes on well. Trying to remove it is difficult. I remove it from my mask 2-3 times a night to take care of business.

In some cases, people that purchase products from us can submit a claim to their insurance for reimbursement on their own behalf however we cannot bill Medicare or private insurance. Hope this helps.
