I ordered a 6mo supply of contact lenses and paid for the 2 day delivery. They were delivered in two days. The site is easy to navigate.
I ordered pretty straight forward contacts with a prescription that I gave you currently already has. This is the second time I've ordered from this company and each time it's taken almost a month for my contacts to arrive.
Ordered contacts and it week about4 weeks to receive them. They said my contacts were not a common prescription, although I've ordered from other places and they always had them in stock.
Greatly appreciated the re-order reminder one year later as well as the company reaching out to renew my prescription from my doctor!
I uploaded a brand new 2 year prescription and next day look at the progress and it said I uploaded an expired prescription. I ask how can the prescription you received the prior day be expired. Caused me a lot of trouble calling customer service and them having to verify the prescription with my doctor while I was on the phone for 1/2 hours. Otherwise the service was quick and responsive.
Had to stay on a call for 3 hours, tried to use the call back feature and never got called back after my order got placed on hold.

These contacts are fantastic! My eyes adjusted much faster to these than another brand I was using, which is saying a lot due to my astigmatism. They are soft, easy to put in, and comfortable(you don't feel them when they're in, and they're easy to take out. I also have sensitive and dry eyes, and they haven't given me a problem). Great Experience!
Everything was great until I hit check out and saw my bill was over $100 more. To my surprise it was fees. If I would have known that the fees were that high when it showed my total being one thing and then checking out having it be the other, I would have not ordered from you. That information should be disclosed before someone checks out. All it showed was my total for contacts and $9.95 for shipping. Therefore I will not order contacts from you again.
I was going to order from 1800contacts, but they were only going to offer a $45 rebate, 1800getlens had a $210 rebate, so it was a no brainer. Sadly it took them a bit to ship them out as they didn't have mine in stock, but that wasn't an issue.
Called customer service. Had trouble adding results of online exam to my order and was told on the phone it was already approved so I wouldn't have to submit it even though it said to upload prescription. Paid for 2 day shipping and still had to wait for the prescription to be approved... when I contacted customer service again for a refund on my shipping cost, I was denied.

When advertising 2 day FedEx delivery and charging $17 for it, I expect my order to arrive in two days, NOT A WEEK! I ordered on a Wednesday, a shipping label was created 4 days later and the lens wasn't shipped until Monday… then it took two days! This is a dishonest way to charge more and make it seem like a decent price. Instead it left me in a huge bind. Give some accurate timing from order to delivery, that's what the public wants!

First off I never placed my order. Secondly I was told by one person that I although I didn't qualify for the full amount of rebate but I did qualify for another rebate of $105.-; I was then told by another person that there was no rebate at all. By far my worst experience ever.
