I like buying on alibaba, one problem is, not always supplier understand me when i ask for customs clearance and invoice, and then i have problems with selling that.

Was a little leery ordering as I am located in Canada and was not sure how things would work with language; if product would be as shown, if I might get unexpected costs through the shipping process. I had nothing to worry about. This experience was very positive right from the first contact!

I found what I needed at a good price. The website provided me with all the tools needed for managing my orders and finding a good supplier.

Do not purchase on Alibaba, this site is a big scam. You can't get refund at all, my order was supposed to be delivered in 45 days, now 100 days passed, and they still say it's in transit. 700$ stolen from me. This was very hard lesson I learned and I will open lawsuit for this soon.

I was looking for projector with decent quality at reasonable price. Came across the offerings on Alibaba. See a good price and ordered immediately. Price difference is a lot cheaper(>25%) compared to other online stores. Got a good offer to ship to India with DDP service. Everything went well.
