Horrible company and bad for business. They try and lure you in and get your business, then customer service will shoot down any request you have and finish it off by mocking you that you were not fast enough to check out, since they will sell out before you pay for the items in your cart and there's nothing you can do about it. They will make sure to remind you too, then you will be left with nothing and provided with no support and felt crappier than you did when you notice that they sold the items you had in your shopping cart. Boycott this website and company & DO NOT BUY from them, Bad company and terrible customer service that does more damage than anything. They ought to be sued.
This is a dreadful company, who placed two incorrect prints into my order with the proper invoice of what I was supposed to receive. When I contacted the company, the live chat agent, Debby, was very unhelpful and reluctant to expedite the replacement order. I just received a refund, because now, these prints are "unavailable." I will never patronize this site again. Unacceptable business practices are occurring here.
I bought two large posters from the website for around $15 all together. I had the option to check the status of my delivery which was very helpful, alongside being provided updates and clear communication from the website. So far, the posters have been of great quality and vibrant color, providing a much needed atmosphere to my all-white dorm walls.
Ordered a movie posted. SEVEN days later I get notification that the poster is on "backorder". So they are selling items they don't stock. I CANCELLED the order.

We ordered several black & white prints and they all came in purple or blue. We asked for them to reprint, which they did, but they were exactly the same! We were told, "that's just how they come"

My posters never got delivered. My account does not even show my order history. They billed me though per my bank statement. They drop chat obn you when asking about why no delivery. If they can't have your order history and order number n your account they make it difficult to check progress. It's like they are going out of their way to $#*! up. Shaky business with non-existent back office logistics..
I ordered three posters from movies I loved. The posters that arrived were not movie posters but, very poor reproductions on matte paper from a third-party printer. This, I'm pretty sure, is illegal. AND, the reproductions, which they do not tell you are poor reproductions, are of such low quality that they look like they were printed on a desktop office printer. I'm not sure how they can get away with this.
The images you see on the site are the original digital files used for print, NOT the actual finished print (which is far darker and duller than shown on the site). They show you nice brightly colored, great previews of what you THINK your print will look like when you shell out the extra money for framing, only to receive an incredibly disappointing dull representation of what you paid for. It nearly borders on false advertising. Yes, the design and size were as advertised, but the color is falsely represented.
I was very disappointed when I received my order, it was of very poor quality. And services are also late and poor. They do offer a fantastic selection of posters but all limited to photographs. Stay away from them!
Placed an order Nov 18 for a Christmas present. Now, two months later, still no ship date after having missed two promised ship dates. Their site says the print has shipped, and they now admit they don't know when it will ship. And inquiries between their customer service office and their own warehouse takes 24-48 hours - they can't even communicate real time internally. Can't imagine how this business stays in business.
Those company is so shady. If you order anything, you need to pay for shipment. And you get a day that it's supposed to be there by. But allposters delays your shipment.
I was supposed to get my shipment on the 29th of December, then how am I recieving it in January? The second of January, and that's even if it comes by then. It makes no sense that they started shipping things on the 26th of December, but I ordered it on the 22nd of December.
The only thing they got right was the lady I spoke to at customer service.

I ordered a kitten poster and it was very poor quality. It was so faded you could barely make out what it says. I looks like it the printer was running out of ink. I wish I would have checked reviews first.
Don't be fooled by their ". Ca" or their "50% off until...". This is there regular price and they are really art.com and they ship from Ohio. The quality of their pieces can certainly be obtained locally for WAY Cheaper. They charge almost double the price of the product for shipping fees, which will be sent separately for them to charge/make more money on each item. And because they ship from Ohio they charge extra duties and taxes before you can receive your delivery. I paid $200 for a framed work that had white fluff on the inside of the glass and looked like a grade 8 art class put it together. Stay Away

BE WARNED: if you absolutely have to use the services of this company, register with an email you can burn later. I used an email that ONLY dealt with AllPosters and then I started getting spam from other companies so I was able to blackhole the compromised email address.
I bought a misfits hoodie. When I got the hoodie it was too big soooo as instructed on the package I did exactly what it said and returned the hoodie for a smaller size. It has been three months and I have emailed the twice in regards to this. I have yet to hear from them or receive any compensation merchandise or monetary.
