So when I went to the site, it told me "It looks like you are shopping from Canada, click here to go to allposters.ca" and I clicked it. I thought that meant prices were then in CAD as nowhere did it say that prices were in USD. Then after that, I was charged an additional 20% or more of the cost of my order for duties! Craziness. Would not order again from Canada. Shipping was very expensive already ($20) but I thought it'd be worth it to find some rare pieces... well after all this... it's not really worth it. I am very glad that I bought posters that were on sale at least.

If you are in the US or can ship to a US address, may be worth it. But watch for sales - prices and selection changes daily so you could pay full price one day, half price literally the next... so I'd wait for sales!

These guys went all out, sending/resending my poster THREE times until I got one that was not damaged.
They were so responsive each time I emailed, communicated clearly, and quickly sent a replacement poster.

I ordered a number of 11x14 prints and although the prints are fine, they are not 11x14. They are smaller than that and I'm sure that saves them some money on ink. One of them is LESS than 9x13 and you are selling this as an 11x14 print? RIDICULOUS! If you are selling prints at a certain size then they should match the advertised size. Now I have framed pictures that don't look great at all because the prints are so much smaller than the matte. Oh well, i will not ordering from art.com or allposters again.

Extreme Delay

It said 5-7 business days during the order. Its been 2 weeks now and have not received it yet. Now i'm being told it will 4 more weeks. Now that I see the other reviews, it's the same excuse... there is a delay in processing.

Dont waste your money

I ordered a poster as a gift for a friends new shop/business they were opening. When i first placed the order back in August i was told the item would arrive on Monday September 7th, around the 14th I checked again and it showed the item was shipped on September 10th does not show an arrival date or tracking #, here we are September 22nd and still no update and no tracking #. I work in shipping and logistics and understand delays however there is no excuse that 12 days after being shipped you wouldnt have a tracking #

I ordered a poster on 7/2/2020 and never received it. Allposters kept telling me there was a delay and it would be received soon. In August still no poster! At the end of August I requested a refund and now it is September and still no refund! The guarantee is fictitious and for that matter so are their products. ************** is the order number and now their statement shows the order is cancelled... so where is my money?

I ordered two posters from this site and I waited a very very long time. When I ordered them I had an estimated delivery time and my packages arrived one month to about 2 months after that. (And I'm not exaggerating)
They had good customer service (at least from my experience) I went on their site and talked to one of the employees in the online chat and was able to get another estimated delivery date. Those dates were accurate. Overall I love the quality of the posters but would not recommend if you need it asap. Expect to wait 1-3 months

The qualitg of the poster was good but they gave me the wrong poster. It was of the same movie and the same price but it was not the poster i ordered. I ordered the one of edward and bella and i got the one with edward, bella and that stupid dog

Never had an issue

I've been ordering from allposters for years. Pretty much all of the art in my home is from the site. I find it an affordable option to frame posters of artists I normally couldn't afford. I've never had an issue with products, quality, or customer service. I've probably been a customer for 10 years and made at least 20 purchases over the years for myself and friends. I've used their custom framing option too and was very pleased.

I wish I had listened to the reviews. I ordered two posters on July 21, the same day I ordered posters from a competitor, MoviePosters.com. According to AllPosters, I was supposed to receive my order by Aug. 3. The competitor had me receiving my posters later than that. Well... I have already received my posters from the competitor. In fact, I received them the next week after ordering them, which was way before promised. In the meantime, my order from AllPosters has never gotten past the Processing stage. I reached out to customer service last week, they told me that with COVID, there was a delay but I should receive my order by Aug. 7. I called today, Aug. 6 and my order was still Processing. The customer rep gave me a new expected ship date of Aug. 14. I asked for a refund. Hopefully I will get it.

Delayed Shipping

I ordered two items 7/11/2020 and as of today 7/20/2020 neither have shipped. My order status just says "Processing". Whatever that means. I've sent an email to their Customer Service but I honestly don't expect much after learning their overall rating is less than two stars.

Allposters.com did not make it clear that they will not help you with any customs fees, if the shipment is across the border. Now my $16 poster has actually cost me $30. The quality of the poster was not as shown on the website either. It is a bit blurry. Overall I am disappointed and will not be visiting this website again.

AllPosters is a not a scam site... but they have extreme issues with vendors. I ordered some cardboard from them and after the delivery date came and went, I reached out to them. They said that some orders come from their vendors and that they essentially have no idea when they will ship and that it is entirely up to the vendor, of which they are not allowed to give you any information about. After 3 weeks after the original delivery date passed, they still had not heard anything from the vendor, so I canceled the order and got the same thing from another site. Id recommend you order from ANY other site before AllPosters.

2 months after: still haven't get 100% of my order.
Seller not friendly.
Two posters arrived damaged.
Careful to canadians: they ship every poster in different boxes. That means you'll probably have to pay customs for every single one of them. It will be 2$ taxes + 13$ for Fedex fees = 15$ for every poster.

Just for the huge delay: don't buy there.

I have purchase 3 posters from Allosters. I have been satisfied with each purchase. They were beautifully framed, and arrived within a timely fashion. I had made a mistake with one of the purchases. I was given a full refund and was told to keep the purchase. I was then able to apply the refunded money to the poster that I had originally intended to purchase. The customer could not have been more accommodating. I have read some of the negative reviews, but it has not been my experience. If someone is looking to purchase very reasonably priced posters with very decent workmanship - I definitely recommend Allposter.

Please DO NOT purchase from this vendor. Here is what happens. I ordered 7 posters from the vendor. Vendor sent an email noting shipment would take place after paypal distributed funds. Paypal distributed funds, one week later the vendor sent out one of the 7 posters. Three weeks later the sent poster still has not arrived, in the meantime I receive 5-10 messages from the vendor everyday telling me my other items are back ordered for an undetermined amount of time. With two of the posters they offer a cancellation stating they do not know when the item will be back in stock. After two weeks of receiving these messages I email the vendor per instructions in email say, "please cancel any future orders and refund the difference between what has been sent and what has not yet arrived." Vendor contacts me back and tells me my posters will arrive in 2-6 weeks longer (note the time takes funds beyond your CC 60 day period to dispute. In this day and age, a vendor should be able to tell you before ordering if an item is in stock or not. Please avoid this business and go with a more reputable establishment, I wish I had read other reviews here before ordering from them. I will be reporting them to my state's Attorney General's office so other people in my state can avoid getting duped by this vendor.

So i see a lot of negative reviews but i personally loved my purchase and had no issues. It came within a week. I did purchase one of the more pricey items and they say you get what you pay for so i cant speak for the cheaper posters but like i said. I love mine.

Over charged!

I paid for $22 for overnight delivery, way more than the price of the posters because it was to put in a graduation bucket. The graduation is over and here I am 5 days later with still no posters. I could've just paid $3 for regular shipping. I am beyond angry.
