Ordered an air fryer from them back in September and still waiting for it despite being given 3 delivery dates for this, been onto their customer services department ( don't know why they call it that as you get no service) and have had nothing more than lies, excuses and apologies, absolutely ridiculous service, do yourselves a favour people and use a reputable company for shopping

My order has been lost!
- I had to proactively chase customer support to find out that the order is lost and I dont have to wait anymore.
- As a solution I DIDNT GET REFUND, they gift me gift card for next order...but guess what? This was first and last item from Amazon
Order #**************763
The thing is, not only Amazon but a lot of other services are worst in the UK. Most of the amazon orders doesn't gets shipped on time in uk. Most of then are delayed and considerable number of orders are faulty and delivery gets cancelled too most of the time. Now this might be a usual scenarios when many people placing the order, but the issue is that they don't even acknowledge in the uk. In any other country the customer support atleast acts accountable. But no, not in the uk. There is no accountability for Amazon 's services. The refund process is totally vague and completely opaque
They charged my order 4 times and customer service hangup the chat on my face very terrible amazon and scammer.
Got asked to leave a review of a product which didn't work. I gave an honest review but left good feedback for the seller. They didn't like the review and as a result my account got suspended. Over just 1 2 star review.
I still like Amazon though, parcels get delivered fine with no issues.
For best part of 3 weeks, I have been emailing Amazon about a glitch. Absolutely hopeless.
They don't, or won't, understand the problem. I am so angry and frustrated that I'm starting to think they only employ people who don't know how to even dress themselves
Time and time again they misunderstand. I'd have more luck conversing with my dogs.
No agent sees the issue from start to finish. Even if you directly reply to an email, someone else replies. And I'm certain they've not familiarised themselves with the issue. Within about 4 hours, I'd had replies (none of them honest), from TEN different advisers
They ask me to call to elaborate (I've already told them everything) but I refuse because I just know I'll have to explain over and over and they still won't get it
I replied to a manager email that HE should call ME. I'm told that's impossible because email team can't ring out! So I ask my complaint to be passed to telephone team. Whereupon I'm told they don't want to speak to me after all as they need a written record
Their self indulgent strapline reads 'Earth's most customer centric company'! Biggest laugh I've had to date!
Now let down by couriers consistent "Delivered / signed for by me" but nothing received (we are wasting SO much time chasing things that have simply disappeared / no human contact anymore - almost impossible to know if an order will arrive / frustrating - used to be near Perfect!
Beware when Amazon have your credit card details when ordering single items from time to time, and don't use Prime, twice I have noticed on my bank statement they have taken £7.99 from my account. For Prime I don't use so keep your eyes on your account you may have been charged unknown to you.
I have recently had my gift card voucher stolen by hackers on my amazon site. They introduced a new card onto my account so that they could steal my money! Amazon did nothing to prevent this,
Amazon allow hackers onto your site and do nothing!
I've been charged 3 times for the same delivery and when I rang customer service got put on hold and the had the phone put down on me. Absolutely disgusting service fro a multi million pound company. Will never shop here again
I returned the Macbook using Amazon's procedure. I got the refund but after that I received an e-mail saying that the package contained other product and not the Macbook. It's not clear what's going to happen next but they don't give any information on their replies to my e-mails, in chat or in the Costumer Service phone.
They are professional and helpful. They understood my problem, they checked the issue and went the extra-mile to solve it.
If I'm brutally honest, I don't even think they deserve one star, the most herrific customer service I've ever come across.
I used my compensation money to get a bed that I've wanted for years, my dream bed and then realised after three months for the bed to be delivered, I could get it cheaper, so I asked them to refund it as a gift card balance. I told them they were not in any way, shape, or form to refund it to the previous card I purchased because it was £3000 overdrawn.
They ignored me. They refunded it to the account expressly told them not to they've given me the two-finger salute and treated me like I do not deserve the right to request that they do not refund to something that I expressly told them if they were going to repay it to they were not to refund the bed they ignored me I lost £2014.
I don't have a bed. I'm stuck with the TV that we're supposed to go in the bed, and I'm stuck with a king super king mattress in a box in my living room for the last year.
Amazon is so rude. They don't give you the right to appeal. They don't give you the freedom to complain, and if you do complain, they turn round to you and say they don't have to provide you with any feedback on that complaint.
I've had about six customer service agents cut me off because they feel that they don't have to speak to me or they don't have to explain to me why they did something I repeatedly asked them notto do.
I'll be very wary at giving your money to a company who thinks customer service doesn't have to be provided because they're so big!
Beware of Amazon drivers that that have no concept of road safety and total disregard for other road users safety. Luckily I have quick reactions or I would have been writing this from a hospital bed. I tried complaining to Amazon and they apparently have no way of knowing who the driver could have possibly been, even given the exact location and time of day. Unfortunately I was too shaken up to get registration number. It's a shame Amazon don't care that they employ reckless drivers.
Amazon allows chinese sellers that flog terrible quality items. Once you've waited a month for an item to arrive, if you want to send it back, you'll have to pay for shipping to China. In my case the dodgy seller gave a fake UK address for a return. Amazon don't step in to take action. Instead the dodgy seller can get away with doing nothing. No refund, no action. Beware!
I bought an item on Amazon at what looked like a good price. They then delivered the wrong product. Whether this was deliberate or not I don't know, but it certainly wasn't my fault.
I returned the item using the return process on the website. Then, against my wishes, I had to install the Amazon app in order to contact them to stress that I still wanted the item, not a refund. (I don't know how I could have contacted them if I didn't have a smartphone but the website said I needed to install the app.) The price had gone up (a lot) since I placed the order so wasn't going to place a fresh order for the item, I just wanted the item I ordered at the price I had already paid.
During the first, and numerous successive communications with them, their various passive aggressive Customer Services staff were rude and/or failed to understand the situation and lied to me on more than an one occasion. It turns out that this is standard procedure in Amazon.
Ignore their slogans and deluded visions, Amazon is a company with little regard for the law or your consumer rights. They just do whatever suits them. They are technically in breach of a contract of sale to me by demanding more money in order to fulfil the order and it looks like my only recourse is legal action.
Don't get me wrong but I have bought lower value items before from Amazon and things have generally been ok but this incident has highlighted the fact that Amazon is driven purely by profit. They don't give a rat's rear about customers, or anyone else. I have spent many hours trying to explain this simple matter to Amazon's Customer Services staff without success. They just pretend that it is impossible for them to fulfil my order, even though they still have at least eight in stock (and I only ordered one). Now it looks like I will have to take legal action to get fair treatment. Amazon would very nearly have got a 5 star rating from me but now I know how they are happy to make their customers suffer when THEY fail I am deducting 4 stars.
The issue that I have experienced was: I am a regular Amazon customer.
I purchased in good faith a product that was faulty and quite frankly could prove dangerous.
Nothing was wrong with this review.
Sadly, an email said my review could not be posted. Strange I thought I always give reviews and I always read reviews before I buy.
Here it is:-
'Lasted ONLY Three 3 Days at that rate 12 will last just over a month!
One Brush lasted ONLY Three 3 Days at that rate 12 will last just over a month!
Before that it felt weird as if straining to work. Then while brushing it just ceased to move like it should.
I would take a picture but it looks the same outside but inside its broken'
It had a 'resubmit' button but when one tries to 'resubmit' it said this '
'We apologize but Amazon is not accepting reviews on this product from this account. If you would like to contact us about this decision, please email *******@amazon.co.uk.'.
This is not a truthful way to run a business, customers rely on Reviews as I do.
Trading standards some time ago agreed and contact Amazon about this before issue before, not allowing truthful reviews. The right for customer reviews to make an informed decision.
I wasted my Time and Money on a faulty product and did not wish for that to occur to anyone else.
It could have been dangerous to me the faulty product might have broken in my mouth, injured or perhaps went into my trachea / lungs while brushing my teeth.
I would Never wish this to happen to anyone. Truthful reviews help inform us customers against faulty products.
I tend to use Amazon more than Google now for anything I need to buy online. It's fast delivery service is magnificent.
Answer: It is very easy you just e-mail them and they get back to you within 2 days.
