Ordered some CE smith rodholders from Anchor Express. Great communication, quick shipping, and best price around. Excellent customer service and easy to get ahold of. Highly recommend.

They did not even ship my order out for 10 days. Also charged $12.00 for shipping, too long use someone else if you would like your order within 2 weeks

They have taken an order from me twice now knowing they did not have the items and charged me for them and waited till I contacted them to tell me sorry here is your money back. Shady and a waste of time. They have a tiny little storefront in a strip mall and no other address. Where are the thousands of products they sell?

I've made purchases on this site totaling over $4,000.00. I did a lot of research before making these purchases and have not found any other site offering the same item at a less price. I've had no problems with any purchases made and all but one purchase was shipped and received within a reasonable time. One item after purchase was identified as out of stock but only delayed by about five weeks. There is good communication just after the purchase. If I had to list any negative it would be the communication on back ordered items. I received the item but was never notified of its shipment so I could track it. Site still gets an A+ from me.
