I ordered through newegg and my items were listed separately as coming from antonline. They sent me two items that were supposed to be the same, but were not. After days of waiting, they finally made me return item by paying for return shipping myself. They acknowledged that they received the item twice, but never did explain why they didn't ship me the correct item. Finally I said I wanted to cancel and get my money back and they referred me to newegg ' s return policies. Do not do business with them. And if newegg won't fix this - then not them either. They need to better vet their suppliers if they want to stay in business.
I would give them -5 for review! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. Apparently, they make their money by shipping you stuff and claiming a 15% restocking fee even when you try to cancel (not returning) your order.
I bought a processor from them that was priced at $2600 and I did my best to cancel the order days before it was shipped and they charge me $400 restocking fee for an item that weights less than a pound.

Bought plugstrips through NewEgg, but I unfortunately ordered the wrong kind. I requested an RMA. They would NOT give me because the box was opened... How the *^#@! Would I know it would not work unless I opened the box. NO COMPROMISE even after repeated email request and explanations. Even if I would have gotten an RMA, there is a 15% restock fee. READ Policy before buying from any "marketplace seller". This one is scummy
Wow! Antonline is the WORST! I'm letting all my military friends know about this group. I made a horrible mistake ordering with this online service, against my best judgment. My suggestion! Go to BestBuy. I should have read the reviews, not the ones at Antonline because I'm sure they ask their employees and their employees friends to write great reviews so they look good. They are truly pathetic.
I ordered the Lenovo B575e, yes it arrived quickly -Kudos for that. But fresh out of the box while setting up my profile, the software was slower than my 5 year old laptop. It took 3 minutes for any application to appear, and the internet took longer. I called Lenovo, they said it was a software issue. I called the software co., and they wanted to charge me $89.00 to tap in and repair. My son-in-law (a computer tech) looked at it, he said he could repair it, but if the software is giving me problems now, the software will give me problems later, send it back and request a replacement he said. That's where the nightmare begins! I paid $19.00 to ship it back INSURED! I called twice while laptop was in transit to Antonline asking that they please simply replace the laptop. Then I get an email from their support - wanting to refund my money. What started at $300 (what I paid), and get a refund of $199.00. I emailed Antonoline (Saturday-Ofc closed) asking for a replacement not a refund, and their response? "It's not defective." That's all I got –"It's not defective." I wrote, I just want to replace it with a different Lenovo B575e laptop, please exchange. They're response? NOTHING - I hear crickets in the background. SOOooo - I lose out on $100.00 My advice? Save your bucks, sometimes a good deal on line at Antonoline can mean horrific nightmares and lose of money in the process. I'm sure they have low - low prices, and I'm sure their products are ok in most cases, BUT if your product arrives defective for whatever reason - OUCH for you - Let the nightmares begin! Expect to lose $$$ in the process.
I ordered a computer from them on 7/24/13. For 5 days the site said it was in the warehouse awaiting shipment. I called on 7/29 to check the status and was told they didn't know when it would ship but they would open a support ticket and I should hear back within 48 hours. On 7/31 I called back and they still didn't know. So I cancelled the order. On 8/6 I received an email with shipping information. Only the label was created at this point. (by this time I purchased one elsewhere). I tried calling them but got voicemail and then it disconnected me. I tried emailing them to tell them I had cancelled the order and not to ship it. Never heard back. Today (8/7) I received delivery notification that it would be here tomorrow. I emailed them that I would refuse the shipment since I had cancelled the order. This is what they finally emailed me back
"Refused shipments are treated as buyers remorse returns. Shipping charges both ways are deducted for refund as is a 15% restock charge"
The original order was supposed to ship within 2 days, NOT 2 weeks of the order. My credit card company will take care of it for me.
There invoice never stated anything about the shipping both ways, it did state that there would be a 15% restocking fee, however, they did not ship within their own time parameters so I will get my money back.
In all my years of online purchasing, this is the worst customer service and company I have ever dealt with.

I bought a small product from them. Took them a long time to ship it. But they did something wrong such that without product being delivered to me was returned to them. Then without even sharing this to me they refunded $9 out of $27 that I paid for the product. I contacted them and they never responded in a business-like fashion. This was small and I do not have time to take it to court. Watch for the bigger items. I have purchased online for more than 10 years and I have not seen anything like that. STAY AWAY from them even if they turn to be a little cheaper than someone else.
I purchased a high-end laptop from ANT online based on an inaccurate description on their product page. When I found out the real features for that model# the next day I tried to cancel but they refused and insisted on a hefty 15% restocking fee if I were to return the package unopened. A few days later the product page went from 13 in-stock to the product not existing at all (no corrected description, not even an indication it was out of stock). Contemplating a return, I read their RMA page which says they cannot provide tracking info because of their special shipping procedures--This is the opposite of the impression their ordering FAQ gives which goes into detail about the tracking info they supposedly provide to customers. Still waiting for the laptop to arrive several weeks later, I complained to the BBB and Google Wallet and subsequently made a second request to ANT for a cancelation/refund which they granted. The shipment never did arrive and I doubt it was ever shipped. My shopping experience with ANT was truly a bizarre and infuriating one.
They agreed to EXCHANGE a defective item, but processed it as a RETURN instead, with a 15% restocking fee (and my shipping charges). Thay have not addressed the problem after almost 1 month of emails. I am going to call my credit card company next!
Ordered cell phone battery, description had the cell phone model in it so I know it was the right one, got a completely different battery which does not fit and nowhere on the package is there a mention of the phone I ordered for. Emailed to get rma and was told I'd have to pay for shipping, WTF! I even managed to send an email to their CEO, Charles Comerford, and get the same run around. They screwed up and now I have to pay more! This is a classic bait and switch where the item is of minimum value they figure they can send anything and the customer will just write it off rather than return it. My company is disputing the charge on the card I used to purchase the battery so I'll get some satisfaction but will NEVER buy from them again.
I ordered a camera thru amazon.com with this company. When the camera failed to arrive at my house i checked the status of my order and it said it had been delivered. When i tried to resolve this problem with antonline they gave me the run around, had me wait while ups did a trace on the package and never returned my emails. I am still waiting to hear back from them. Thankfully amazon.com made it right by crediting my account so i could get another camera from a different seller. I would not recommend doing business with antonline at all. amazon.com on the other hand is a great company to do business with.
Forget about returns - This place is a ripoff. Ordered product was sent wrong item. Tried to send it back. They wanted me to pay for return shipping. Told them im not paying for there mistake, havn't heard back since (2 weeks). Finally had to get amazon involved there working on it. Don't buy from antonline.com. They are TERRIBLE!.
